Great place to stay!

Very comfy with a home like feel. The roof balcony was a plus! I'd definitely stay again.

Very nice!!!

Very comfortable for 4 adults that needed three beds. Everything was perfect. The floor may not have been thoroughly mopped before we arrived but we other than that, perfect! For those trying to plan a stay here be sure to bring trash bags, salt, pepper, oil, seasonings and any other condiments you may want. There was bags of ice in the freezer which was nice!A couple of the kitchen outlets did not work and we could not figure out how to reset the breaker for them but we found other outlets to use.Parking is a little difficult but we’re grateful for the spots we did have.Beds and bedding as well as toiletries were great! We would definitely stay there again!

Nice house, but issues

This house is fantastic. The location is terrific. It was clean. It was modern. It had everything we needed and it was just a beautiful home. We did have issues, serious issues. One of the toilets did not work properly, but was fixed the next day. The front door would not lock all of the days we were there leaving us exposed. And staying in Tampa during the coldest weather in decades we had no hot water for the entire stay and had to take either a cold shower or no shower.
