SEA DUNES-OCEANFRONT w/ POOL, AMAZING VIEWS! Stunning oceanfront resort condo with breathtaking views and two private balconies. Sea Dunes is nestled within the exclusive, gated community of Amelia Island Plantation. Each bedroom features a beautifully appointed full bath and individually controlled air conditioning and heating. The Main bedroom’s bath is an en-suite. Our home is one of the largest in the building and has oceanfront balconies in both bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a beautiful sunrise every morning! For those who prefer to sleep in, blackout curtains are provided. The kitchen has been expanded and is fully equipped to meet all your cooking needs. The spacious family room is very comfortable and includes a 65” Smart TV and a sound bar. Both bedrooms also have Smart TVs. Additionally, there is a full-size washer and dryer. And there are standard and Keurig coffee makers.
We are beach-ready! There are beach towels, two beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach cart, and a beach cooler waiting for you.
Located on the southern end of Amelia Island, Sea Dunes is just one mile from the Omni Resort and offers scenic walking trails and pristine beaches perfect for outdoor activities. Community amenities include a seasonally heated pool, tennis courts, basketball, and Pickleball. We do not provide an Omni amenity card or golf packages, but there are many public golf courses nearby, and we are happy to offer recommendations. Guests do have access to the restaurants, shops, parks, trails, and spa.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Rental Agreement - Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties.
Guest Instructions - will be sent 7 days before arrival, provided the agreement has been signed, and all payments are complete. If you need information prior to this, we are happy to help.
OwnerRez - We use a booking system called OwnerRez, and you will receive communications through this platform.
Damage Protection - Included with this rental; however, guests are responsible for damages exceeding the policy coverage.
Security Deposit Hold - A hold is placed on your credit card as a security deposit. There are no upfront charges. You will be notified if any charges occur; otherwise, the hold will be released seven days after you leave.
Parking - There are two parking spaces. Oversized vehicles, campers, boats, and trailers are not permitted.
Communication - We use email communication for signing our lease and guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address that you will have access to and that you can check regularly. We also use text messaging to send you the door code and for other communication if needed. Please provide a mobile phone number that you will have with you during your stay.
We recommend that our guests purchase travel insurance for their protection. Coastal Wave does not offer refunds or date changes for weather events such as storms or hurricanes.
