This property was what it said it was. Gorgeous views. Pool was great for the kids and the location invites beautiful walks on the beach. For the money this was the best deal I could find, and it did not disappoint.

The house was beautiful. Very clean, well stocked, and in excellent shape. We loved the pool and the amazing views from the deck and bedroom windows. We would highly recommend staying at this beautiful home!

The home is beautiful, clean and exactly as advertised. The pool was perfect and the view was incredible. It was everything we hoped for. Suggestions for potential things that might help future travelers, a step stool for reaching the high shelves, and maybe provide a portable crib or pack-n-play for those traveling with small children.

We loved every minute of our stay! The Preserve in the back gave us a totally unexpected view, such a peaceful and serene vista from the second level deck any time of day! The management company was almost instant on any inquiries. The house is perfectly equipped. LOCATION !!!! Wish we had booked for longer!

Beautiful place!

The house was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised to find chairs, umbrellas, and a cart to make our beach experience even more pleasant! Since the birds were nesting, it was a little hike to get to the beach, but well worth it. The pool was a hit! We had a wonderful time!

Beautiful beach home

Amazing house in a great location. Pool was good sized and enclosed. Easy access to the beach. Great view from the large balcony. House was great sized and perfect/comfortable for our family of 10. There were beach chairs, beach & pool toys in the garage for guest use which was convenient and appreciated! Would definitely stay there again

The best Florida experience we have ever had.

We checked in late at night due to our flights and it could not have been an easier process. The home is immaculate inside and out, the amount of beach and pool amenities was a wonderful surprise! We had a group of 9 and there is enough beach chairs and umbrellas to have a great time! The bedrooms in the home are perfectly decorated, and the views from the Master and Junior bedroom are incredible! We thoroughly enjoyed the well maintained pool! It is so nice to relax right next to white sand! Also the staff members were always available with answers to any questions we had. This was the best way for our family to enjoy a trip away from home, and this luxury home on a very private portion of Ft Meyers beach was more than we could have planned for! 10/10 we will be returning!

Truly a beach getaway!

The house is exactly as pictured. Kitchen was nicely stocked with utensils as well as pans and casserole dishes. Beach towels provided as well as adequate bath linens. The location is great being at the south end of FMB, much quieter and much less crowded. Traffic, if you're going northbound, can be a nightmare but we ended up driving south with no problem. Just a little further drive but it moves. Oh those stairs! Yes, there are many but we joked we were just working off vacation calories. Thank goodness for the elevator to carry up luggage and groceries. This was a great house and we would not hesitate to rent again.

This house has it all. Plenty of room for a large group, equipped with everything you’ll need and right on the beach. Having a pool to hang out in when we weren’t at the beach was perfect. We had a great week and hated to leave. Hopefully we’ll be back sooner than later!
