We loved this stay for our full extended family - it had more than enough room for family dinners, game nights, fires and smores, and swimming at the deck. It was a lovely stay!

Beautiful house, wonderful views. Would have enjoyed it more if it was better supplied with Keurig coffeemaker, a toaster and more dishes. Nice place, though, and room for many to stay.

We had a pleasant experience at this rental. Check in and out was simple. The private bay area was a fun way to connect to nature— great sunsets and lots of wildlife (birds, deer, foxes). You can see kiptopeke campground beach from the bay patio along with the concrete ships. 17min to cape charles. Ice maker in kitchen was super convenient for beach days, and kids loved the arcade system in the game room. Description of rooms/ammenities are accurate. We would definitely visit again!One recommendation is try to avoid travel during a heat wave (or request the AC be set a little lower before checkin if the forecast is hot); the upstairs took more than 24hrs to get cooler than 84F. The property staff offered maintenance to come by our second day but even with shades drawn and doors kept close, the upstairs thermostat just couldn’t keep up. I think lowering the indoor temp a little in advance of guest arrival would make the first couple nights much more pleasant for those sleeping on the 2nd floor.
