About this property

Beach Condo/ Island Beach Resort/ No Cleaning Fee/ Condo 113

Condo 113 at Island Beach Resort is on the first floor has a private patio outside the two floor to ceiling patio glass doors. It has two flat screen TVs, two beds, and the spacious living area has a sofa bed. We call the non-ocean side our "sunset side" because the South Florida sunsets are beautiful each evening.

Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.

Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006.

Third party sites like VRBO may charge travellers a SERVICE FEE which is payable directly to VRBO and does not get paid to the host or property owner.

*Room decor may vary from pictures. We'll make every attempt to accommodate early check-in requests, but we cannot guarantee them.

A: 4 pool towels, 6 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 4 washcloths, black makeup washcloth, bathmat. Please, no linen exchanges.

Has bugs

We left early argued with the receptionist that a palmetto bug was indeed a American cockroach I found two on the condo nobody wants to stay anywhere that has any kind of bugs gross.

Great location on the beach. Attached restaurant and bar are very good, lots of activity. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen functional. A little noise from unit above but not intolerable.

Great space with all the amenities, very clean. Kitchen was well-equipped. Bathroom was awesome, lots of counter space. Location was perfect, right on beach. Nice pool, towels available. Was very impressed, would definitely stay there again. Also, great price for February.

The resort is a good spot, the unit doesn't face the beach which would not be a problem in itself if the property profile pointed out that fact.
