Lovely spot for seeing Lake Keowee

This was our first visit to Lake Keowee and this rental provided the perfect launching point. We were able to use the fitness center, play pickle ball and even rent a boat to see the lake. Frank was very clear in all communication and easy to connect with as needed. We will stay again!

Lake Keowee Family Trip

We had a wonderful stay at Frank’s townhome. We had our adult children & spouses, our two Scottish Terriers as well our grandson and had ample room for everyone to have their own private rooms. The home was clean, well stocked and roomy. Beds were comfortable as well the pillows. Communication with Frank was great as he helped me with the new MyQ app. I highly recommend this home and will consider staying again as we visit Lake Keowee every summer!

We were coming down for my daughter's ring ceremony at Clemson University so not from the area. We needed at least three bedrooms so felt a VRBO was the way to go. The property looked beautiful from the pictures and what i really liked was the deck on the outside with a grill. Unfortunately, the deck was filthy - full of leaves and other soil and the grill wasn't usable. I reached out to the owner to express my disappointment and he stated that that time of year a lot of leaves fall quickly. I understand that but this wasn't from a one day falling. For what i paid, i expected it to be totally functionable as stated in the description. The location was a bit far as well.

This property has a ton of pros! The place was spacious and quiet with comfortable living room furniture and bedding. The grounds were beautiful with a friendly and safe community feel. We found the additional set up fee for community gate access to be unnecessary, as we used the 5 digit guest gate code for all entry points. We only went in and out of the condo from the front door; therefore, only one out of 4 or 5 condo door codes was used. The provided rule book omitted the required 2 loads of laundry on exit and was in an email only. We confirmed the 2 loads of laundry to be necessary or pay a 50 fee. The trash and recycling is also a process, but this is most likely community rule versus homeowner. Knowing and accepting the dress codes and rules going into this condo will help to make your stay more comfortable.

The townhome was well-equipped and perfect for our stay. Our host was very helpful and communication was responsive. The community pools, marina, and walking trails gave us plenty to do. The listing was accurate and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there!
