Upper Lake Keowee Waterfront! Covered Dock/Jetports. Mountain Serenity.

This newer lake home is situated in a premier northern Lake Keowee location with great open water lake front. 30 minutes to Clemson. Family friendly and kid loved, this spacious 2 level home features two separate family rooms. One upper, one lower, each with it's own large screen TV and lake/mountain views. Tastefully and beautifully decorated, come enjoy this newer lake home and furnishings. Now eco friendly with solar power to lower your carbon footprint.

On the upper level, you'll enjoy views of the lake and mountains from the master bedroom suite, family room, dining area, and kitchen. Three large picture windows in the family room frame the natural beauty of the lake and mountains. You can savor your morning coffee from the upper balcony located just off the kitchen while taking in lake and mountain views. The upper master bedroom suite features a king bed, wall mounted large screen TV, and lake and mountain views. The adjoining master suite bathroom features a large tiled walk-in shower and soaking tub.

The lower level features a second master suite with private full bath. The second master bedroom suite has a queen bed and features a tiled walk-in shower. The second master suite enjoys lake and mountain views. Adjacent to this master suite is the second spacious family area with a large, wall mounted TV, and a full bathroom. The second family area accesses the lower covered porch with foosball table and outdoor dining table as well as the fire pit area. The lower level features the third bedroom which has a Queen/Queen bunk bed. Third bedroom also has lake and mountain views.

Just outside the sliding doors on the lower level is a patio area and fire pit with lake and mountain views.

At the water is a covered dock with jetports. Bring your own boat or rent one locally. Next to the dock is our swimming area/beach, with stone steppers into the lake. Great protected shallow water sandy bottom area and deeper water swimming area. A picnic table area is also located at water’s edge.

A paved golf cart path connects the ridge top home to the lake and dock area. It's approximately 100 yards from the house to the dock area. Although we do not provide a golf cart with your stay, there are golf carts available to rent locally.

This was our 2nd stay and we absolutely love the house! It’s very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We love having the dock right there for the boat and the property is beautiful. Very quiet and peaceful. The hosts are very attentive and accommodating. Beautiful, clean and well equipped home. Great communication from owner and manager. Now with wi fi. As mentioned, it is a steep walk from home to lake but there is road access that shortens the walk and eliminates most of the uphill part if someone in party cannot make the walk. Home is very private. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

One of the better VRBO properties we've rented. The house is very nice and very well-equipped (maybe over-equipped). The lake is great for swimming and boating, and the outdoor areas are nice. Hosts provided linens and everything was very clean. Price was very reasonable for our stay. Communications with the hosts were clear and easy. One little thing we really liked: they label the light switches. It's kind of in the middle of nowhere (although they do have neighbors), but you can get to shopping and restaurants within a 20-30 min drive, and plenty of outdoor activities within 15 mins. We rented a pontoon boat for several days from Stars and Stripes rentals - I highly recommend them. It's very nice to pack your lunch, grab your cooler, walk down to the dock and spend a sunny day boating to beaches and tubing. Note that the walk from the dock to the house is long and steep - might be a problem for anyone with mobility issues.

Thanks for highlighting the path to the lake frontage. The paved path may be a little steep for some. If that is the case, there are some options for golf cart rentals or there is our private road where you may day park your car closer to the lakefront to avoid the steeper hill up to the house as an option.

Beautiful house with amazing lake and mountain views. The house was comfortable and had everything needed for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped including high end appliances. Everything was extremely clean and seemed fairly new. Great location on lake—close to a public boat launch, interesting sites on the lake and a very nice restaurant. Communication from the host was really good and helpful. Overall a great, relaxing vacation!
