Had a wonderful time! Very cool house with a lot of charm. Enough beds and rooms for all and everything was clean for the most part, minus the flies…everywhere. Great views and perfect location to where we often visit friends. Would definitely come back!

We're so glad you had a wonderful time! It's great to hear the house's charm came through and that there was plenty of space for everyone, plus the views and location worked out perfectly for your visit. Thanks for letting us know about the flies, they come and go this time of year. We’ll be sure to address it right away.

Nice place for Leaf Peeping

Really beautifully situated house for enjoying the Catskills. Plenty of room for a family. Lots of cozy nooks. Had a great time trying out the nearby diners.

Perfect getaway in a private setting. We enjoyed our stay at this spacious country home. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Spent time each day on the back patio taking in the peaceful meadow views. Our group consisted of 6 women motorcyclists and the area could not have been better for miles of scenic riding. The paved level driveway made parking safe and easy. We would definitely come back!

It was good but

Our initial rental cancelled in us Dec 23rd but Thanks to Suzanne our Christmas trip wasn’t cancelled, she let us book less than 24 hours before checking !!! The house has everything you need, I appreciated the host left all the things to make marshmallows and the kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked. There are so many good toys in the kids room and playroom they loved it. There is an issue with flies and ladybugs inside the house. Also for city people who aren’t used to well water that could be an issue too. It’s a house in the country, I wouldn’t recommend for people who live in brand new homes in the city.

From the owner: "Hi Silvia, thank you so much for choosing to stay with us. We're so happy we could accommodate you at the last minute for your Christmas trip! It’s great to hear that you enjoyed the marshmallow supplies, the fully stocked kitchen, and that the kids loved the toys and playroom. We've taken care of the issue with the flies and ladybugs, which can be more common in our countryside location with lots of grazing animals nearby. We truly appreciated hosting you all and hope you come back soon!"
