We had a fabulous day at Lesa’s beautiful property. It was well equipped, clean, and beautifully presented. We loved the games room area in the back shed, it was great entertainment for us and the kids. And the location is great. Can’t fault that view! Would highly recommend.

We always love our stay at Sandy Beach Lane, it's such a treat! The house is equipped with everything we need and also has separate spaces outside and inside for everyone to chill and do their own thing or come together. It is on the quiet end of town so we are rarely disturbed, with the best views of the Ocean and a casual stroll down to the River Mouth, Caravan Park and General Store cafe. Pet friendly so no one misses out. Always highly recommend and Lesa is the most fabulous host, responsive, attentive and caring. We love Sandy Beach Lane and Lesa!

Beach front paradise in Guilderton

We loved everything about our stay here. The location is magical, beach on your doorstep and stunning sunset views on the veranda at night. The house has everything you need for a group of 8, and the games room was a complete bonus. Thank you for putting so much thought and care into your place Lesa, it truly is a hidden gem in Guilderton. We will be back!

When you are looking for that special something

Guilderton has been a favourite destination of ours over the last few years and our stay at Sandy Beach Lane I was special treat! Beautifully renovated, with the best view of the Indian Ocean in town, we had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen,soft bed linens and indulgent bath towels provided. The outside spaces were great with a gorgeous upstairs balcony

Always a treat!

Our trip to Guilderton was to celebrate my husband's big birthday (think Hawaii 5-0) so Lesa's place was perfect for bringing that extra special element, with all our needs anticipated and catered for. The location means we overlook the Indian Ocean with uninterrupted views and there was separate space for grownups and teenages alike! This was our second time staying and we will definitely be returning when we can.

Views for days in perfect comfort

This home is fantastic. Equiped with everything and steps from the water. We loved BBQing in the courtyard, the comfy big beds, and playing fooseball in the games room and of course the views from every room. The house was spotless and beautifully renovated. Would return for another stay in an instant! Lesa went out of her way to ensure we were welcomed and had everything we needed.

My family stayed here for a week and it was absolutely fantastic. The accommodation was spotless, beautifully presented, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered, making it a true home away from home.We loved the little luxuries—especially the amazing champagne and wine glasses, which were perfect for unwinding at the end of each day. The well-appointed kitchen had everything you could need; Lesa has truly thought of everything.Our fur friend was just as thrilled as we were! He absolutely loved the spacious, secure backyard, which gave him plenty of room to explore and relax. It was such a comfort knowing he was safe and happy—definitely a standout feature for anyone travelling with pets.The activity room was another fantastic highlight. Everything had been thoughtfully set up—even down to having a fridge ready to stock with your favourite drinks while you play a game of pool and watch your favourite sport. The kids loved it too, spending hours enjoying the space and having fun. It was the perfect area for everyone to relax, play, and unwind at the end of the day.The location was ideal, peaceful yet close to everything we needed. Communication with the host Lese was excellent and all her tips and suggestions were greatly appreciated. Check-in was effortless, and walking upstairs to the view was the perfect spot to enjoy a drink and watch the world go by.Overall, it was a brilliant stay and we can't wait return. Highly recommended!
