There was no beach view and the beach we went to was disappointing. Double Bluff Beach. The house was wonderful. Very clean and well stocked and comfortable.

Hello - Thank you for staying with us and I’m glad you enjoyed the house. I’m sorry you were disappointed with Double Bluff beach! It is considered one of the best on Whidbey but we have had wind storms and King tides that bring a lot of debris and logs to the shore. We have private beach ACCESS just a short walk down the street through a locked gate. The key is available to you in the house. Thank you again!
Everything about this house was beautiful - even more so than the photos. The kitchen was stocked with more amenities than most people’s full time homes. Check in was seamless.

Thank you, Kim! We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay. Please come again!Karin
Pretty house in quiet neighborhood with modern kitchen and bath, comfortable backyard abutting forest. Plenty of birds and squirrels, to watch. Seals on a rock at the beach!Lots of games, books and too many TV stations from which to choose. Location fairly central on Whidbey so got to see most of the towns. Easy access to grocery and restaurants. Definitely the place to stay on Whidbey.

Thank you Gary! We are glad you enjoyed your stay and hope you’ll come again!
Our week-long stay in Freeland was absolutely perfect! It truly felt like a home away from home. The house had everything we could possibly need for our entire stay, making it incredibly convenient and comfortable. The spacious backyard was a huge hit with the kids, giving them plenty of room to run around and play. We also really appreciated the quiet neighborhood, which made for a very relaxing and peaceful vacation. We highly recommend this property!
This home was so thoughtfully set up. Details like a nespresso and coffee pods, cookies at check in, flashlights and nightlights throughout the bedrooms/bathrooms, a record player, lots of extra bedding and comfy pillows, yard games, flowers on the deck and beautiful cared for yard. The host was so welcoming and helpful as needed. Well stocked kitchen. Lovely fresh appliances
We were immediately impressed with this property. It's fresh, clean and lovely. It's very comfortable size for a family of 4 (as long as the kids can share a bed, which ours were fine with). It's very well stocked with everything needed for a great stay. And the backyard landscaping is gorgeous! It's a wonderful spot to enjoy everything from morning coffee to dinner and socializing over wine from Dancing Fish. It's also fully covered to allow enjoyment even during drizzly weather (which we thankfully avoided). The private beach access is a dream. If you're not experienced with low tide, be sure to have your family walk down at high tide to see the water level and walk the more narrow shoreline... then go back down during low tide and blow their minds! My kids were amazed and the starfish were everywhere!Couldn't recommend this vrbo more.
