"Sounds Good to Me" Affordable two-bedroom soundside condo in Oyster Pointe, located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills! The Wright Brothers Memorial is a walk or bike ride away through this well-maintained neighborhood with paths throughout. Cross the bypass at the First Street light to easy public beach access. Publix supermarket is also right down the street as well as restaurants like Mako Mikes, Max's Pizza, Goombay's Raw Bar and Grill, and many more.

This condo has been recently renovated with all new furnishings, flooring, and including a well-equipped tastefully done kitchen! You will find seating for 4 at the kitchen table, with an additional two bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living room offers a full-size sofa and love seat, with a 55" flat screen smart TV. The King bedroom is a master with a smart TV and a book library for those rainy days. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and a bathroom in the hallway. You will also be happy to find seating on the back deck for 4, with views of the canal. Pet allowed with fee ($150 per pet plus tax).

We loved the location and it was very clean. We loved a the path I could walk the dog on. It was close to the beach and there was nothing issues with driving to the beach and finding parking. We had a great time

Quiet respite close to the beach

This condo was great for us with our 4 legged friend. Its quiet and peaceful with water views, green space for our dog to play, close to a nice walking path and only a mile to the beach.

Nice location

Nice pet friendly place.Pool was close by for the kids, and mini golf just up the road. Great communication with property manager. Good size for a family of 4 and a dog.
