We had a lovely time, thank you! The upstairs bedrooms get very hot during the day and since you can't keep doors/windows open and there's no aircon at that end of the house, sleeping can be challenging. Downstairs is cooler though.

Disappointing and gross. We have stayed here before and although the property is older it was clean. This time the floors in the bathroom and toilet were dirty. Clearly not cleaned or even mopped. Dirty baking dishes in the oven, wooden chopping boards stored on a dirty floor, a coffee wrapper in the laundry sink, filthy glass ranch-sliders, tv remote found down the back of a couch and clothing items found under the beds. It is clear the property was not cleaned thoroughly before our stay and we will not be staying again. I feel we should have our cleaning fee refunded as the house was not cleaned for us.

Stacey’s review is very out of character for our team and not reflective of the experience we provide to our guests. She reached out to us two weeks after her stay to mention her concerns and said she could share photos; however, despite multiple follow-ups, we have not received them. We would have appreciated hearing from her during her stay so we could have addressed any issues right away, as we are always available to assist our guests. We also find it unusual, as we have no record of her previous visit, and she did not engage with us during her stay, so we are not entirely convinced this review refers to our property.
