Fabulous home, fabulous company

My experience with Vacation Rentals of Santa Barbara was excellent! Their response time to any questions or issues was immediate. The home was beautifully decorated and spotless. Our month long stay Hidden Valley Haven was perfect for my dog and me, as well as a friend who visited. The backyard was completely fenced in, had nice outdoor dining and relaxing spaces, as well as backing up to an open space where I could walk my dog. VRSOB couldn't have been easier or more pleasant to work with, including the wonderful woman who came over a couple of times to change lightbulbs, etc. She was so kind and helpful. The only thing I wish was different was providing salt/pepper, as well as more than travel size bath products, but I can live with that. I won't hesitate to rent from them again.

Thank you so much, Sandy, for your incredibly kind and thoughtful review! We're delighted to hear that you, your dog, and your friend had such a wonderful month-long stay at Hidden Valley Haven. It's especially rewarding to know you enjoyed the peaceful backyard spaces, beautiful décor, spotless home, and convenient location near open space trails for walking. We're also so pleased our team was able to provide prompt support throughout your stay, we truly strive to make every guest feel cared for and comfortable from start to finish. We also appreciate your helpful suggestions regarding additional kitchen basics and larger bath products, and we'll certainly keep that feedback in mind as we continue improving the guest experience. It was an absolute pleasure hosting you, and we would be thrilled to welcome you back to Santa Barbara anytime! Lydia & the Vacation Rentals of Santa Barbara Team
