We had an incredible time during our stay on Siesta Key! The location could not have been more perfect—just steps away from the beach and within walking distance to some of the best dining options in the area. Whether it was a sunrise stroll on the sand or grabbing dinner at a nearby restaurant, everything was convenient.The property itself was beautiful and immaculately maintained. It had all the necessities we could possibly need for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. From beach chairs to kitchen essentials, everything was thoughtfully provided.Can’t say enough about the location and the overall experience. We will absolutely be returning—and recommending it to all our friends and family!

This property was very well maintained, ample amenities and very comfortable, providing an easy access to the beach. The Village is a very close walk making this an ideal location. Our only feedback is to put the main digital keypad on the main front door, rather than the master bedroom. This becomes an issue when with sharing with other adults/older teens, which makes logistics a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay.

Perfect stay!

We loved every minute! The house was quite comfortable and perfect for our small group. The location could not have been better. The “sofa bed” is actually a futon and double-sized, not queen (why we said 4/5 for listing accuracy) and the property manager was very responsive and easy to communicate with (but we got conflicting information about check in availability - which is why we said 4/5 on that category). Everything else was perfect.

Lovely house and pool; great location

We had a wonderful time at Toes in the Sand. The property manager was very responsive to our requests. The pool and water fall were clean and delightful! The only difficulty was trying to get into the house when we arrived. The code was not working and information about going to a back door was lacking. A kind next door neighbor helped us and property manager responded with a code.
