Lovely home in beautiful neighborhood. Easy walk into Falmouth town center, and close to beaches, Shining Sea bike trail, and more. We loved the updated kitchen including the large window bench which made the room super cozy for all to enjoy during meals, food prep, and just hanging out. The hot tub was also great for relaxing in the evening.

Comfortable/Walk to Beach & Town

Nice home on neighborly, tree-lined block. Location convenient to all that you want. Surf Drive Beach was very pleasant. We have rented in Falmouth for decades and love the town and restaurants! Listing prominently advertised AC and linens provided, however surprised to learn not entire house had AC and beach towels not provided. Realtor provided AC units in a pinch (very bad allergies but vacation saved!) and bought beach towels.
