We had the best day at this home. Kelly is amazing. Any issue we had she took care of it immediately you could hear her smile through the phone. She was so glad to help us and she’s so efficient in her job and we so appreciated her while we were there we enjoyed our stay so much. We’re already booked for next year. Had a wonderful time located perfectly between tons of food close to Disney if that’s what interests you it is just an amazing HOME had a great time. Thanks Kelly for making our stay so wonderful.

Enjoyed

Enjoyed was big enough for everyone. Code didn't work when we got there but they fixed that problem asap. The only down fall of the trip was the pool lights didn’t work so we wasn’t able to use the pool at night for the kids. It was too dark to see.

The house was beautiful and spacious, just what we needed. No major complaints, ice maker wasn't working, had to buy ice, had a problem with T. V. But they came out and fix ed everything, the young man was so very nice, polite, and helpful. Thank you.

Just ok

Property needs fresh painting, no hooks to hang towels and bathing suits outside or in the bathroom. No tv instructions. Spa tub never got above 88 degrees after requesting on day 2 increase to 95 and 100. Pool maintenance stopped by the last day and said it was 88 degrees and could possibly a burned out compressor. Spa temperature never was resolved.

By far the best customer service experience I’ve have so far. From the property management company Magicstays to the guest services at Champions Gate made up for the minor deficiencies that the home had. Please understand we been coming to Florida, Davenport area every year and this is our 5yr and first year in Championship Gate! Definitely will not be the last. Resort: 5 star resort amenities!!!! I would definitely recommend and book again!!
