Beautiful renovated three-bedroom house for rent October 1, 2026 - May 1, 2027.
Historic home completely renovated, two stories, fully furnished. The first floor has a huge kitchen with a dishwasher, stainless steel stove and fridge, washer and dryer, air fryer, Keurig, microwave and round table with four chairs.. A large living room has an electric fireplace, 2 couches, lazy boy chair, 70" smart TV, armchair and rocking chair. Dining area has a hutch and dining table. Master bedroom on the first floor has double bed, two nightstands, fridge, microwave, smart TV, Keurig coffee machine, dresser and a half-bath. Upstairs one large bedroom has a double bed, sofa, dresser, smart TV, nightstands. A smaller bedroom has twin bed, dresser, smart TV. A full bathroom with a bathtub, shower, cabinets is also on the second floor. The house is heated with an heat pump and baseboard heaters. There is a deck in the backyard with a BBQ grill and deck furniture. There is a river directly behind the house with a walking trail. There is a short walk from the house to downtown St. George
