It wasn’t what we expected but that was more our fault. This was our first booking through Vrbo so we had a lot to learn. Our biggest complaint about check in was that we were sent the wrong address. That led to frustration, however when we called we got a quick response and realized the mistake. Once we were given the correct address we were able to find the condo easily. The mistake of address was not our mistake. The host was very friendly and helpful. Parking was initially a problem. We got the lone remaining space at the far end of the building so it was an effort to get our things into the condo. Later, we were able to park much closer to our unit. Finally, we were unaware we would be on the top floor. The stairs were very difficult for my wife to climb. Next time we’ll pay more attention to that detail.

We booked here for two nights and upon our arrival we noticed the air condition was not working. It was 82 in there. After contacting multiple people, we were told no one can come to fix it that evening. We asked if there was another place to stay and was told no. We had to sleep with the screen door open, luckily there was a box fan. You could not open the windows. The next day we left early before I got hot in there to eat breakfast. And when we returned, we were locked out. Apparently the cleaning crew came to clean because there was a misunderstanding that we were leaving. We finally got in, packed up our stuff and found us a place closer to downtown. We were refunded promptly. It was a beautiful location and would have loved to spend our two days there, but the fact that they were not going to get anyone out to repair the air condition was very disappointing. We had unpacked all of our items and now we had to pack them again and walk down three flights of stairs. This property is walkable to everything, and it did feel very safe. But if there are places closer, I would spend the money for that. We plan on visiting Helen again, but would not stay at this property due to them, not prioritizing their customers.

Very nice stay. The condo was clean, well organized, and in a great location. I especially enjoyed sitting on the deck and a having a view of the river.

The location of the apartment could not be better! A close walk to Main St but right on the river and next to the park. The unit is very spacious and the furniture is very comfortable! The kitchen is well appointed and you have smart tvs in the living room and bedroom! Having 2 full baths and a washer / dryer is a huge bonus. Parking was always available right out front even at Christmas time!

We had an amazing stay here! This sits beautifully on the river. Great access and views. We loved that we could walk to anything we wanted to do. It was great to have two bathrooms. Everything was clean and we had all that we needed. Thanks for the stay!

We had a great stay here. It was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the back porch of the river was really nice. We had some issues with the toilets but management was prompt with addressing the issues.

The condo was perfect for our family of 4! Great view of the river! The place was clean and equipped with everything you need. We under booked our stay and in the middle of our trip they were able to add another day right away! Perfect waking distance to just about anything you could want on Helen! We definitely recommend!

The overall stay was excellent. The toilet did not flush correctly needed to be adjusted to add more water and three flights of stairs was a problem carrying luggage up them for our age. But overall we had a great time and the location was great. Will stay again.
