The Palms es una torre de 34 unidades que se encuentra en una playa de primera línea al final de Jaco Beach, Costa Rica. Este es un condominio totalmente amueblado en el primer piso con acceso para sillas de ruedas, sin ascensores ni escaleras de las que preocuparse, ofrece 1400 pies cuadrados, una gran terraza de 300 pies cuadrados totalmente amueblada también; con una hermosa vista al mar a solo unos pasos de la playa, también una gran ventaja es el acceso a un casino al lado de 4 restaurantes, gimnasio, cafetería, todo lo que necesita para sus vacaciones. En el condominio hay tres televisores de pantalla plana inteligente y cocina totalmente configurada, sistema de sonido envolvente, etc. Para esos días más calurosos, el aire acondicionado con eficiencia energética funciona rápido y los controles individuales de las habitaciones mantienen a todos contentos. Este condominio frente al mar es una unidad espaciosa totalmente equipada de 2 dormitorios con cocina moderna totalmente equipada, lavadora / secadora y un sofá cama para dos personas.

Gorgeous location!

The condo is amazing with its size, location, and ease of check in/out! The porch is perfect to use during the heat of the day and the 2 small pools to cool off are located just steps away. The beach is wonderful to walk on in the morning and Jaco has everything you’d need to make it a perfect vacation. Will Definitely book this condo again!!

The property was absolutely perfect! It was quiet and relaxing. The Condo was beautiful and a great location on the beach. Access to Croc's was very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our family vacation very much and hope to return again soon. We loved it!!

Great Place.

This was one of two units we rented for 9 days while visiting Jaco with our extended family. My in laws stayed here. The Palms is a great place to stay and the unit is walk out to the pool and right on the beach. It was a great vacation and we would go back to Jaco again. Thanks.

A great condo!

We had a great time. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. We especially liked being on the first floor where we could just walk off of our patio and be at the pool. The patio was wonderful!

Great Stay

We stayed here for about 8 days. Excellent location and the condo is in very good condition. The property is well kept and did not have any issues whatsoever. One thing to keep in mind is that Jaco is the closest large beach to San Jose and depending on the time you visit it can get very crowded. This means that you will see a lot of activity in the beach front. Car traffic seems to be limited although we did see cars in front by the beach during new year's celebrations. After that it was pretty mellow. This location and condo is kid friendly and close to supermarkets, restaurants, etc, if that is what you like. I would definitely recommend this condo. We did not experience any issues with the condo being in the first floor (it turned out to be more convenient for us) but if you have very small kids (2-5) that like to wonder around on their own, you need to be vigilant since they can go to the pool or wonder out to the beach.

Gorgeous Beach-front Condo!

We stayed at this condo in January of 2018 and we had a great time. It's very spacious and has a great open floor plan which provided our family of five opportunity to mingle; kids watched tv while adults made dinner or lounged in the porch. The condo provided everything from bath towels, kitchen ware, beach towels, pool chairs, water guns, beach balls, I mean, it had it all. There is a community pool right outside the condo's porch and we were able to relax there everyday. We also had access to the community pool from The Crocs resort which is only steps away from the condo. The resort has a casino, a huge pool with a waterslide which my kids loved. They have restaurants and bars as well with descent prices. The condo is very close to supermarkets, and restaurants that you can drive to or walk (most of them are 7-10 minute walk). The only negative item we found was that the beach area across from the condo has very choppy waves, and if you have young kids, that's not the ideal beach. But we still made it out to the beach and kids loved it. If you are into surfing, this is just the perfect beach area! I would recommend this to everyone!

Great condo....exactly like the pictures

This was our first time in Costa Rica, and this was a great location to explore the area from. The condo was clean, comfortable, and the view was amazing! We felt really safe and the guards were all really friendly. All went so well from the booking to the end of our stay!

My name is Yojaira Vasquez, I'm from Costa Rica, i lived in Florida for many years, came to Costa Rica in 2008 and met my husband Sean he is from Pittsbugh and he has been leaving in Costa Rica longer then me, we have a boy and we all love golf, the beach and Costa Rica, we live in Heredia wich is 1hr and 20 mins from the condo.

Because the view is amazing, you are just steps away from the beach it is beautifly decorated with up to date apliances brand new beds and matresses as well, very safe there is security 24/7
we put alot of effort on decorating the condo just as we would like when we go on vacation, we hope you like our place as much as we do.

Acsess to the common areas of the resort next door and beachfront property, first floor beautiful views from the terrace, master bedroom and even kitchen and living room area.
