Beautiful place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Sayan. The condo was beautiful and had amazing views. There was plenty of room. We loved sitting outside on the large balcony. The staff and bartenders at Sayan were friendly and we enjoyed the pools and going down to the beach. We all highly recommend.

Great NY Trip

We had a great time in PV staying at Sayan Condominium. The location was perfect and it was a short trek over the beach to Mantamar. The views were beautiful, the restaurant had better meals than some local restaurants, and it was never crowded so we could enjoy our vacation in peace. The only small complaint about the place is that it is located off of a major highway, so walking into the downtown area was a little intimidating. However, it was a breeze to take a cheap taxi into town.

Best VRBO experience I’ve ever had

I usually shy away from rentals. They never seem to live up to the listing description, and they’re never as nice as a luxury hotel. This place is unlike any non-hotel rental I’ve stayed. The property is gorgeous, spacious, and well appointed. The restaurant and pool service is so convenient and solid. The staff at the complex is truly service oriented and welcoming. The location is the perfect mix of close to the action and just removed enough to be relaxing. There is only one negative, the easily accessible walking route to town is inaccessible because of construction. But the walk along the beach is fun and the Ubers plentiful and very economical. I would stay in this place again in a hot second!

Our stay at this property was better than we expected! The condo accommodated our family of 6 members, it was supplied with everything we needed including beach towels and snorkeling gear. The location was very convenient to everything but still used Uber to get to some locations but was still only a 15 min walk on the beach to the Melecon. The cleanliness of the establishment was excellent. The restaurant had excellent food and very affordable. Definitely recommend!!!

Great condo

I am reluctant to write a review as the place was so nice I would like to keep it a secret. It is an excellent condo in a nice building. The furnishings are first class and the Danny is very responsive owner. A nicety was that all your basic needs such as salt pepper, sugar etc were there. Highly recommend Casa De Danielito if you are looking for an upscale place to stay.

Luxurious stay

This was my second visit in that complex and a first stay in that perfect condo Casa De Danielito. The view was incredible, the rooms spacious and furniture and finishes luxurious. The ground floor and the pools gorgeous and peaceful without being crowded. A nice addition was that hot tube overlooking the ocean. The location is just a short walk from all the town action. The owner Danny and his local manager Bill were very considerate, all to make us feel just like home. A really fantastic stay!!

Excellent stay - Great experience

This unit is much better than shown in profile and pictures. Decorated with good taste, best provisioning ever, what ever we needed was available. Host, Paulina, was excellent, very responsive and immediate action. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. Building is in excellent condition, well located, with secured exit to the beach.

Great sunset view!

My family of 5 had an incredible time in Puerto Vallarta. The location was just south of the beach, and made for a nice quiet location. If you wanted more excitement, just a short walk along the beach (a bit rocky) got you to the popular beach, or a nice small area just steps away. Pool is nice. Whole place is immaculately clean. Restaurant has good food and reasonably priced. The gym is very nice with plenty of room and equipment. Loved the steam room too. We would stay again.

Outstanding Condo

This was the best condo ever! The property manager Lilly was super accommodating with our early arrival and late departure issues. She was prompt, efficient and easy to communicate with. The condo was clean, well maintained and stocked with all the essentials to get you through our stay. This was a first for us. The facility is top notch as is its employees. Thanks for the great stay.

Fantastic

Fantastic condo in Sayan Tropical. Very well cared for, and stocked with essentials (e.g. paper towels, shower gel, shampoo, dish detergent, coffee creamer, towels etc.). Very nicely decorated and great ambiance. Building has nice facilities and good food available at cost, everyday except Mondays (when they’re closed). Will be returning ASAP. Thanks so much!

Luxury in Paradise

Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations, location or hosts. Thank you Danny for sharing your wonderful home with us. The design of your place was beautiful. Appreciated you had some basic necessities especially coffee which made all the difference when you want to enjoy the sunrise on your spectacular balcony. Everything was perfect and uncomplicated. Loved Lilly the property manager. Would absolutely book again. We had a memorable trip and fell in love with PV.

Excellent stay in great location

Condo unit was lovely and owner and/or manager dealt with minor issues. The on site facilities were good with a few issues. *pool area lacked morning sun * restaurant closed 1 day a week and were understaffed a large part of time. Staff itself was excellent. * children under 12 not allowed in hot tub even when accompanied by parents * washrooms in pool area need upgraded and kept cleaner (auto flush toilets and urinals like rest of units would help)

Fabulous Sunsets

We truly enjoyed our stay! The views were amazing. We utilized all the amenities such as beach towels, laundry, workout area, stocked food and spices. Also had everything we needed to make great cocktails. Kitchen fully stocked for those that like to cook and entertain. We made ceviche and seared tuna without having to purchase too much! Walking to the beach was so convenient… just a few steps away! The pool area and hot tub were not only beautiful, but very well maintained and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming! Security helped with arranging transportation and we felt very safe. Highly recommend !!!!

Family holiday

A fabulous condo with the most amazing views. The pool area is lovely and right next to the bar/restaurant with super friendly staff delivering drinks and food to your lounger. The location is perfect being a few minutes walk to a couple of different beaches as well as a convenience store. With the side road currently closed, it’s a 15 minute walk downhill along the main road to restaurants in the Romantic Zone. Uber or local taxis were inexpensive for the journey home. Paulina, the lovely local property manager, greeted us when we arrived at the condo and was available throughout our stay for any questions. A fantastic time had by all.

Need to catch your breath?

This is the perfect place to come and catch your breath; while this place is breathtaking, you will feel like you can finally breathe in life again. The rooms were perfect for the small amount of time we spent in them. The kitchen, dining, and family area were amazing for the six of us! I can’t begin to describe the feeling of watching the sunset from this condo. Reading, resting, sleeping, anything on the porch will make your life better. Yes - make your life better! I will definitely be booking this same condo! Everyone on site is friendly and helpful with whatever you may need. This is the perfect stay in PV.

Casa Di Danielito

Six adults stayed in this beautiful condo. It certainly exceeded our expectations. We could sit on the balcony or at the lovely pool and see whales and dolphins! It was a short 10 minute walk into town to many fabulous restaurants, bars and shops. It was very clean and well maintained. The on-site restaurant for residents only was great, especially if you didn’t feel like going in to town or cooking. The property manager, Lilly, was always available, helpful and a delightful person. We loved going whale watching, and several day trips including Sayulita, Playa Las Animas, Rhythyms of the Night, and many more. We thoroughly enjoyed many restaurants, but especially the Cuale Paradise Restaurant and bar which is a short local bus ride away. We highly recommend this condo and Puerto Vallarta!

An amazing condo with one of a kind views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. You have waves crashing over rocks continually while you can watch whales frolic from the balcony . The condo was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was completely furnished to cook. The building is lovely and very secure. Poolside ( at all three pools) is very quiet - a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of old town. Guests enjoyed the gym facilities and the restaurant is consistently good and reasonably priced. Building staff is super friendly and called for cabs when needed-the building is flawlessly maintained. We walked a short path over the rocks to Los Muertos beach. Walking into town is about 20 minutes but it’s along a busy highway. Will definitely return next year !

Beautiful modern condo with amazing views

This is a gorgeous unit, with beautiful decor and the most amazing ocean views! Both Danny and Lilly were very helpful and we would definitely return again to Casa De Danielito. Lilly met us upon our arrival and walked us through everything in the unit and was very responsive over email for any questions. The unit is very well maintained with plenty of pool / beach towels and kitchen needs. Most of the time when we are away on vacation, we spend much of our time outside of our accommodation on excursions and exploring the town, however this unit was so relaxing with amazing views that we often found ourselves in the condo, whale-watching and enjoying the views. The restaurant staff were all very friendly and helpful and the property is walking distance to town (but wear comfortable walking shoes as it is all cobblestone, and uphill on the return). Thank you for a wonderful stay.
