LBI Bayfront Beauty ¡A dos cuadras del océano! Espectaculares vistas del atardecer!

Segundo piso, 3 dormitorios, 2 baños completos frente a la bahía, con muelle y deslizamiento de barco, capacidad para 10 (4 en 2 sofás cama en áreas comunes). Gran sala de nivel superior con vistas a la bahía en dos lados, con vistas a la cubierta superior grande. Recreación adicional de nivel inferior de 280 pies cuadrados con sofá desplegable, puerta corredera que se abre a la cubierta inferior grande, muelle, deslizamiento y vistas a la bahía. A poca distancia del muelle de pesca, puerto deportivo, alquiler de botes, restaurantes, mini golf y todo lo mejor de Ship Bottom. Nade, pesque o tome cangrejos en el gran muelle detrás de la casa, o estacione su bote para esos cruceros al atardecer. Disfrute de espectaculares puestas de sol diariamente en las cubiertas superiores o inferiores grandes, con toldo retráctil completo, o sentado en el muelle o en la bañera de hidromasaje. Stand up paddle board, kayak, flotadores, cruceros en bicicleta e insignias de playa para su disfrute. Hay dos muelles, uno que puede ser utilizado exclusivamente por el arrendatario. El propietario no vive en el sitio, pero periódicamente utiliza espacio de oficina administrativa en la planta baja durante la semana, o puede atracar el barco ocasionalmente en el segundo deslizamiento.

POR FAVOR LEA ANTES DE RESERVAR: La reserva individual debe cumplir con un requisito de edad mínima de 25 años. Se requerirá una identificación con foto en la reserva. We had an amazing time at the LBI Bayfront Beauty. There was plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 children. Owner was hands on and addressed an problems promptly. The location was amazing bay in the backyard and ocean 1 1/2 blocks.Restaurant, mini golf and ice cream all walking distance!

Weekend Getaway

This is a nice house to rent for a weekend getaway with friends. Owners were nice and very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in a restful weekend by the water.

We absolutely loved this property. The check in process was smooth and seamless, the home was clean and beautiful. The location on the island was perfect. I grew up going to Beach Haven, but this was a first trip for my husband and kids. They all said they never wanted to leave. We mostly used the top floor living area. The bonus downstairs efficiency was helpful for the older kiddos to have a tv hang out area. There were a couple of super minor cosmetic items that we made a note of, but they were not concerning to us. Nothing is perfect. We saw the manager at check out and already plan to book again next year. Can’t wait!! Thank you for a wonderful trip!!!

Great Wedding Weekend

We attended a family wedding at Bonnett Island. The location was perfect. We had great grandparents, grandparents and moms and dads and the children all together. We had a great time. Loved the hot tub, the deck and the view. Thank you for a great weekend.

Relaxing Getaway in Ship Bottom

My family and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful bayfront home. The sunsets on the deck were amazing. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and the beds were very comfy too. Very walkable to the beach. Pizza, pancake house, and most other services are also very near by. Thank you Nancy and David for a great time!!

Perfect water view!

The views and location of this home are incredible! We used the provided kayaks and paddle boards and loved to be able to leave them right off the dock in the backyard. We saw incredible sunsets from the beautiful deck and hot tub. There are lots of restaurants, ice cream, bakeries, and shops all within walking distance.

Great Location, Comfortable Home, Breath-taking Sunsets

Terrific place in Ship Bottom, right on the bay and walking distance to the beach. Very clean and spacious. Nancy and David are excellent hosts: very responsive and helpful. We spent both nights in the hot tub at sunset, marveling at the vibrant sunsets.

Perfect location and tons of amenities

David and Nancy were so welcoming and we loved the location and use of all the great things at the house. From paddle boards to kayaks to fishing and the hot tub (not to mention incredible sunsets) the week was a great success and we will be repeat guests. Thanks so much!

Perfect Birthday Weekend

We stayed here with our daughter and a few friends for her Sweet 16 weekend. It was the best location! The girls enjoyed the bay and the paddle boards (no kayak as stated in listing), and had a short walk to the beach. Communication with the owners was great, they couldn’t have been nicer!

Beautiful and cozy

Nancy was great from start to end. Their house was wonderful. The boat dock made fishing stress free and convenient. The views from the deck couldn't have been better. We look forward to a future stay.

Quaint Coastal - Awesome View

Our stay was great - what a beautiful view! The home was perfect for my husband and our 9 month old daughter. Traditional beachy vibe. This is not a negative but something to be aware of - the stairs to go downstairs inside the home are a metal spiral staircase. Carrying the baby up and down them was a challenge so we predominantly used the outdoor deck steps.

First time staying on the bay

House has unbeatable view of water and sunsets! It was perfect for my family of six. Downstairs area gave my oldest some privacy and is great for giving teenagers some space. Also has an area for computers for anyone that needs to remain a little connected for business, etc. All enjoyed swimming in the bay, especially our 5 year old. Kayaking was great fun and the hot tub glorious. Appreciated the appliances as we love to cook for each other. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Nancy and David.

We were very disappointed with this rental. The property was not as advertised and had multiple safety and cleanliness issues that made our stay stressful instead of relaxing.The house was not clean on arrival. The lower level, which had no photos on the listing, smelled musty, looked moldy, and had containers of DampRid everywhere. The bedroom there was completely unusable. We also discovered a serious mouse problem. The landlord admitted he knew before our check-in but did not tell us, saying he didn’t want to “put tenants on edge.” We constantly cleaned up droppings, lost food to mice, and had to purchase traps ourselves (not reimbursed). One renter even spent four hours trying to catch a mouse at night.Other major issues included: a broken toilet we had to reinstall ourselves, a sharp edge on the indoor spiral staircase that cut a renter, a wobbly outdoor safety gate/railing (especially concerning with a baby), a natural gas leak on the deck grill, a cracked and unsafe bunk bed, and windows that wouldn’t stay open—or had no screens when they did.The landlord’s response throughout was dismissive and unhelpful, and we were never reimbursed for food or expenses.This rental was misrepresented and unsafe. We would not recommend staying here.

Gorgeous view to wake up to.

By day two it felt like home. The view was gorgeous, especially in the morning with coffee. There was both a Keurig and regular coffee maker to use and all the basics you would need in a kitchen.Plenty of things to do and see even though our stay was preseason. The house was clean and comfortable. The only issue we had were the uncomfortable beds. That would be a wise inexpensive investment since most are looking for a good nights rest while on vacation. Otherwise this stay would have been 5 stars easy!

Owners, David and Nancy Leonetti are year round residents of LBI, and own a local construction business. David is a life long resident of LBI, whose family has a rich history on the Island, going back to the early 1900's. In addition to our Ship Bottom vacation rental, we also have rentals in Beach Haven, Costa Rica, and Florida, and will soon be unveiling a beautiful remodeled Victorian in the Lake Wallenpaupack region of Pennsylvania. Each of these locations, are our home away from home, and we are honored to share their unique locations and characteristics with you. We take pride in the work that we've done on these homes, and welcome feedback.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This home was our primary residence, and we have put a lot of love into every feature. We were poised to purchase this house, a foreclosure, the week before Sandy hit our area, but the evacuation of the island, delayed the transaction. Weeks later, when we were permitted back on the Island, we discovered that the house had been heavily damaged. However, all of the damage was contained to the lower level, and the lower decks, and dock, which we had planned on remodeling anyway. Long story, short, we completely remodeled the entire downstairs, partially for our office/garage space, replaced the lower deck and dock, put up fencing across the bulkhead (for safety for little ones), and repaired the hot tub which almost floated away in the storm. Then we proceeded to gut and remodel the entire second floor residence area, the rental space seen in the photos, which hadn't been remodeled since at least the early 90's.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

As much as I love the work we did on the interior, the most endearing quality to us is the bay. The sunsets, the breezes, the wildlife....even the sunrises are spectacular, as the sun hits the houses on the mainland and lights everything up. The interior has the feel of being on a boat, with the windows on the south side which overlook the water and the fishing pier, coupled with the sliding doors overlooking the cove and wide bay view. The living area is not enormous, but is just the right combo of coziness, with plenty of space for your family. The large rear upper deck overlooking the bay, gives extra living space for to gather your family for sunsets. The bright and light open air feeling in the rooms, gives the place very a very relaxing and comfortable feel. We hope you will love it as much as we do. The bonus room on the ground level, give that extra space needed for your extended family, and friends.
