Hermosa nueva construcción, propiedad frente al mar en Ship Bottom. Con la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal frente a la bahía al este, serás recibido todas las mañanas con vistas del amanecer. Diseñada teniendo en cuenta el lujo, la privacidad y la comodidad, esta casa cuenta con cuatro habitaciones, cada una con su propio cuarto de baño. Además, cada habitación cuenta con vistas al agua, con tres de las cuatro habitaciones que tienen una entrada de cubierta privada. Una de las características más exclusivas de esta nueva casa es la terraza de la azotea con entrada desde el interior de la casa. Disfrute de las oportunidades de relajación y recreación en su propio muelle con espacio para un bote y muchos juguetes. Para mayor comodidad, la sala de lavandería se ha construido en el nivel del dormitorio del segundo piso. Materiales de alta calidad en todo, incluidos 7. Beautiful house on the bay

We loved renting this house. It was beautiful! It was very spacious and had everything we needed. Owner was great and very quick to respond with any questions we had. We definately recommend this house and hope to rent again in the future.

Family Reunion

We were trying something new this year on the Jersey shore and this did not disappoint. Property managers were responsive and helped with orientation to a new area too! How was great for our family and paired with another property in their portfolio made for a success for 35 people! Even in questionable weather due to tropical storm, we had a blast!

Great rental!

We rented this property for my mom's surprise 60th birthday. It was perfect. The house is well designed and the pricing is more than fair. It is well equipped for almost any size party, it was clean, and there is plenty of space for people to sleep comfortably. Overall, we couldn't have asked for more in a rental. The owner (Michael) is easy to work with, responds quickly, and addresses all questions as soon as possible. Great stuff!

Beautiful Rental on the Bay

The interior was beautiful, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. The location on the bay is perfect, with stunning views from the deck and rooftop, and convenient access to nearby restaurants. However, there were some downsides. The back area was a bit overgrown and the BBQ grill was rusted and had parts strewn on the floor, which was disappointing for us since we had intended to grill. We did appreciate the email regarding linen service, providing the option was so convenient and was great not having to bring our own.

Beautiful home, great location!

The house is beautiful, clean, well kept, and nothing short of perfect. My only complaint is that the house comes with a true chef's kitchen without the necessary chef's tools. A few more pots and pans and cutlery would be a great asset to this house. That said, I would absolutely stay here again. We went for a girls weekend, but it's a great home for families, too! It's a short walk into town, and close to some wonderful shops and restaurants. There were more than enough beach chairs available so we didn't have to bring our own. The view was amazing from every balcony and the rooftop deck. We really enjoyed every moment of our stay, and the owner was super easy to work with. Can't wait to visit LBI and stay in this incredible place again!

Would have been perfect

Beautiful space, great location, great outdoor space, extra great for a bunch of separate families with everyone having their own bathroom and lots of space for all in the living area. Three stars because the number of small inconveniences really pile up. Sheets/bed linens are not provided, nor did we have more than one roll of toilet paper, one dishwasher pod, etc. It was really a pain given we were flying in to try and manage things like that. If the host had provided these necessities it would have been a slam dunk five star.

Beautiful House

9 of us stayed in this house for a long weekend while attending a wedding in Manahawkin. The location was perfect and the house was absolutely beautiful. The roof top was perfect to lay out and had amazing views of the ocean. Michael was very helpful and accommodating before we got there and during check-in. However, one couple had concerns the bed they slept in had bedbugs since they both woke up with bites all over their bodies. After check-out I tried to text and e-mail Michael to express our concerns and he never replied. The next group after us should have never been allowed to check-in without him checking the mattresses first. It is disappointing that Michael did not claim any responsibility or acknowledgment of our concerns since we were done with the rental.

Gorgeous home in serene setting

We spent a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday at this property on LBI. It was perfect for visiting with our nearby family. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the house was spotless upon our arrival. Beautiful views both during the day, at sunset and at night. Owner was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Great week on the bay!

The house was everything the listing said it was. Very spacious rooms, beautiful views and plenty of space for all of us. Everything was clean at check-in, we received detailed information from the owner prior to which made it a breeze to get everything set up. The neighborhood was quiet, but with friendly neighbors. And there was a nice little bay beach 2 blocks away with a great playground for the kids. We also found a couple of good food spots, on recommendation from the owner (Ship Bottom Shellfish & Bageleddi's were awesome!). We did drive to the beach, just because we had all of the stuff for the kids, which would have been a lot to carry. But there was a wagon and other items for use in the garage which would have made it manageable. We always found a parking spot on either 19th or 20th easily to then access the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

4th of July

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Access to the paddle boards and kayaks kept our teens busy in the mornings before we headed to the beach. The house was clean, well organized and the kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of extra storage for our food. The rooftop deck was a highlight as it provided 360 degree views for the fireworks on the 4th! We would highly recommend this property.
