With all homes, occasionally they require maintenance calls. When an issue with the hot water heater arose, I got a plumber out to the house within hours to fix it. I apologize if the plumbers asked you to assist them in any way that inconvenienced your stay.

Nancy, Thank you for staying with us! Apologies for the condition of the grill. They take a beating with the saltwater air and I simply wasn’t aware it was in poor condition at the time of your stay. We just replaced this with a brand new grill island which is meant to withstand the shore climate. I hope we’ll have a chance to have you back again! Best, Mike

We also send welcome emails a month in advance to provide our guests with recommendations for local companies who can supply these items. I would have been happy to help you coordinate anything you needed had you let me know your travel made this a challenge for you.

Thank you for your feedback on our vacation home. We're very glad you enjoyed our home and had a nice weekend. In regards to the concern about bed bugs, this was brought to my attention after you had checked out and our next guests had already checked in. It has been inspected and found to be meritless. Had I known about this during your stay, you would have seen this take place first-hand. I apologize for not communicating to you the steps that had been taken to rectify this. To be frank, I did not respond because I was frustrated that you left our home in a filthy state. I had to pay the cleaning crew twice their normal rate and it took them so long the next guest's check-in was delayed. Rather than address how unhappy I was about this, I took the easy way out and just paid the extra money assuming we were parting ways. I can see from your perspective why it may appear that I showed no care for your concerns after you had checked out. I should have addressed everything with you directly. Overall, I believe I have been very responsive to our guests and gone to great lengths to ensure they have wonderful stays and want to return again in the future.
