Este condominio de Tar Landing es la casa de vacaciones familiar perfecta ... ¡traiga a varias familias y amigos para disfrutar de las impresionantes vistas al mar! Ven a sentarte en el porche de Papa Jim y toma un vaso de té dulce helado ... relájate y disfruta del atardecer con una copa de vino. El condominio espacioso y confortable está equipado con todo lo que necesitará durante sus vacaciones. Alquileres de sábado a sábado solo durante la temporada alta de junio, julio y agosto. Los inquilinos tienen permitido 2 autos solo en la unidad.

Al entrar en este hermoso condominio, en el lado izquierdo verá una habitación con dos camas individuales. Un baño completo se conecta con el siguiente dormitorio, que tiene tres camas individuales y una cama completa. Esta área sería perfecta para que los niños se reúnan. Hay una televisión en esta habitación para que los niños disfruten.

Sube las escaleras hasta el segundo piso donde encontrarás la hermosa cocina con elegantes encimeras de granito. La cocina se abre directamente a la sala de estar y al comedor, y desde allí dirígete a la terraza para ver la espectacular vista del océano. Hay una televisión en la sala principal para ver en familia. Justo después de la cocina hay un área de bar y un baño completo que conduce a otro dormitorio. Esta habitación tiene una cama Queen y un conjunto de literas. Observe la puerta privada que conduce afuera ...

El piso superior tiene dos habitaciones, ambas con camas king size. Cada habitación tiene su propio baño grande con tocadores dobles. * Bonificación * ¡hay una ducha adicional que une ambos baños juntos! Un montón de lugares para que todos se limpien después de la playa :) Ambas habitaciones tienen televisores para disfrutar de un poco de tiempo relajante.

Esta increíble casa acomodará fácilmente a 15 personas y está extremadamente cerca del parque estatal Fort Macon. No se permiten botes, motos de agua, remolques o campers o motocicletas en Tar Landing.

Summer 2025

We had a wonderful stay at Papa Jim's. There was plenty of room for everyone! Really loved have the extra fridge on the first floor. The view of the ocean was really nice and relaxing. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The area was very quiet and peaceful. Would love to stay here again! :)

Amazing Place

My family and I came down from Montana and this was the perfect size house for all of us. We enjoyed the property and being able to wake up and look at the ocean. The property manager Heather was awesome and very helpful. All in all a wonderful place to stay on vacation.

Beautiful view, kept up well with the exception of the oven not working the last three days of our stay and the stovetop not working the last two days of our stay. Tar Landing is very nice and we love that property, I was disappointed we had to throw out a lot of food upon leaving and we were on a one week vacation so making time for repair people to come i and fix the stove and oven was not something we wanted to wait around for, I feel that we should have been given some money back due to that issue alone, but it was not offered.

They are old and flat. The sheets this year were also difficult bc they are obviously not deep pocket so never stayed on the mattress. Otherwise the unit is just what we needed!

Another amazing vacation at Atlantic beach NC. Check in was simple, Heather made everything perfect. I called her with a few little problems, and she sent out Andy right away, and took care it things immediately. . Plenty of space for our family, with room left over.

Newton Family vacation

Loved the condo. We’ve stayed at probably 6 other condos in Tar Landing over the last 40 years and this was our favorite. Best view in the whole complex. The beds already being made was a nice extra touch. Heather was great to work with and very helpful. Can’t wait till next year.

Nice Stay

Great property with even better location. Very clean and linens and towels were plentiful! Kitchen is well stocked but they could replace some of the pans that have the finish coming off. VERY small kitchen, so use it wisely! Loved the 2nd fridge downstairs, the filtered water at the kitchen sink and the amazing views. Thanks for sharing your property with us again (also stayed in 2020).

Awesome rental!

We loved our stay! We have been coming to Atlantic Beach for over 15 years for summer vacation. Our family has grown and we decided to try a new place. The condo was perfect for our group of 9 and we still had plenty of extra room. It was 3 levels, so a great option for families with young kids who want to stay up after the kids are in bed. It was clean, beds were very comfortable, condo was well stocked and it was a perfect walking distance to the beach. Heather was great to work with! We would definitely stay here again :)

Convenient

The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Very convenient to go to the beach and the pool. It was the best location of the complex. The lighting in the condo was great, but might need an up date on a few fans and fixtures, but that’s just an opinion from a lighting girl. My daughter asked if we could stay at this condo every time we come. So I would say it was a great mini vacation for our family and friends. ❤️❤️

Great week being introduced to Altantic Beach

Such a great week in AB while participating in the Big Rock Fishing Tournament. We would definitely stay here again! Great spot, awesome access to the beach and lots of space for a crowd. Some comments below, but great rental overall! Pros: Front door access to the beach Space throughout the condo 2 full refrigerators Very comfortable beds, pillows and bedding Comfortable porch furniture, including a cool swing Filtered water in kitchen Well stocked kitchen Grill, grill utensils and charcoal Comfy living room Property manager, Heather is a gem, so easy to work with, and cares about her owners and guests! Very easy to work with. Cons: Small Outside trash can and dumpster is far away and gets full quickly Small kitchen Kitchen furniture takes up a lot of space, so it's tough to move around during meals Parking - only 2 spots Out of date TVs and Stereo equipment No TV in front downstairs basement (with two trundles)

We sat on the swing every day. The property was clean and well maintained. Heather was wonderful to work with!! I would recommend, but would rather keep it a secret..lol! We have been coming down and staying only at Tar Landing on and off since 1987. We spend most of our time at the beach. But do love Amos Mosquito and The Island Grille. We always visit Beaufort and the water front in Morehead City. I gave 5 stars on everything except the condition, but only for a couple things that could use a refresh.

Location-Location-Location!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What can I say about Papa Jim's? Amazing views, plenty of beds, and the perfect spot for a family vacation. We have been staying at Tar Landing Villas for 25 years. My family owned a condo there until 2021. It is the best place to vacation on the island in my opinion. The Property Manager, Heather went above and beyond to help us with some issues we had with the cleaners and some things we needed for the condo and she was so kind and helpful. The beach is private and I was really surprised that it wasn't as busy as I thought it would be, which we loved. We normally come down in August but July was great. We love the pool and the views of the ocean were great. We even left the doors open one night to listen to the ocean while we slept. It is a great spot for a large family with children. Thank you to Heather for making our stay amazing! And this is a place we would definitely stay at again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Heather was very polite, professional and helpful. Overall, we liked the community and size of the condo. There were a few issues with cleanliness, leaks that caused wet ceiling tiles, trash receptacles that were too small and numerous spiders (on the bottom floor). View was great, and a quick walk to the beach. I’m sure the issues we noticed will be remedied with Heather’s involvement.

Great place!

This was not our first time staying at this property. It is just as advertised with plenty of space for a family with children to spread out. The place is always clean, the kitchen is well stocked, and the views are amazing. Property manager is wonderful to work with. Very responsive and helpful! We will surely be back again!

Our Stay

We had an amazing stay! The only thing we’d say needs to be improved is the age of the TV and remotes. I don’t even think they need to be upgraded to the newest models, but at least a few years newer! Other than that everything was absolutely stunning!!
