Awesome Resort Living! El Penthouse es un ático de primera clase de 3000 pies cuadrados en la parte superior de un triplex con vista perfecta al mar y a la playa. Esta casa está prácticamente en la playa. Se proporcionan sábanas, almohadas y fundas de almohadas, toallas de baño y de cocina.
El ático tiene 4 dormitorios y 3 baños con un ascensor que te lleva a la parte superior de esta hermosa casa directamente desde el área de estacionamiento debajo. Una vez en la parte superior, la puerta se abre a una sala, cocina y comedor.
Den presenta una decoración que se centra en un televisor LCD de 42 'con canales HD y cable. Sillón y sofá de tamaño completo. Detrás de la guarida está el área de comedor y la mesa con capacidad para 8 personas, con asientos adicionales para tres personas en la barra de la cocina. La cocina es muy amplia para cocinar comidas con gran cantidad de encimera de granito.

En la parte posterior de la cocina es el más grande de las master suites. Esta habitación tiene una cama king size, TV LCD y una pequeña terraza privada para relajarse y disfrutar de las vistas nocturnas. El baño tiene dos lavabos, una ducha de pie y una bañera de hidromasaje.

El segundo dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, acceso a la terraza delantera con más vistas fantásticas, TV LCD.

This year, however, we did notice some increased wear and tear on the property. It didn't impact our stay overall but we want it to be well taken care of so we can keep visiting. :)

Lovely stay

Our group of 7, aged 13 to 84, had a wonderful time! The property is beautiful and plenty of room for all. Easy beach access and pretty views. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Great Stay

We love this rental. It was our 3rd time staying here. The layout works well for our family. Kiddos love the loft. I love the big open kitchen for cooking meals/food prep. The view is lovely. The area is not crowded (at least this time of year) and we always enjoy our stay.

Great View with all the amenities

Great place with a beautiful view. Very easy access to the beach. The elevator provided ease of movement for my elderly mother and one in our party who is to have knee surgery. Great restaurants and an easy travel distance to great little towns like New Bern, Beaufort, and Swansboro. Comfortable and enjoyable.

Fun Family Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at Sea Lookout! The unit was spacious and bright. We loved that we could see the Cape from the deck. It didn't hurt that the weather was perfect for us every day of our vacation. The management company was exceptionally pleasant to work with as well. Arrival & departure was made very easy. We'll be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. There was ample room for our family of 8 people. We had dinner in a couple of nights, enjoyed the beautiful view, easy short walk to the beach and came home each day to a comfortable place to relax and get a good nights rest. The whole place was very clean and well appointed. All we had to bring were some groceries and ourselves! Communication was great and we never had issues during our stay but no doubt had we needed anything it would have been a quick phone call away.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 203C was a beautiful rental but for 3 days we had leaks from the ceiling over the kitchen. We notified management on Tues 7/21 that the ceiling was leaking. Edith from waves edge came that afternoon to evaluate. She called for repair but was unable to have company come before Thurs evening. At one point the water was pouring out of light in kitchen. Repair was successful by Fri morning when the leaking finally stopped. Otherwise we were loving the condo but leaking from the ceiling did influence our stay.

Beautiful & Spacious

The house lives up to the photos with very generous common area and lovely spacious bedrooms! We had a lovely mini family reunion for my mom’s birthday! Daily walks on the beach with Carolina sunshine made it a great weekend! So thankful for the elevator especially for my elderly parents (and loading and unloading)!!

Family for daughter’s wedding

This is a beautiful place with so much marital Light and beauty. Wonderful location with easy beach access. It served our purpose in holding family and friends for our daughter’s wedding. The property manager is super responsive and we had no issue at all. Thank you for allowing g us to stay! We will be back!
