Remodelado condominio pasos de la playa! Este apartamento en planta baja y un dormitorio es la pieza perfecta del paraíso. La cocina totalmente equipada se abre a la sala de estar, creando un espacio de estar abierto. Los muebles están bien equipados y complementan la cocina remodelada y el tocador del baño. El dormitorio tiene una cama doble grande y la sala de estar tiene un sofá cama, lo que permite que este condominio tenga capacidad para hasta cuatro personas. Relájese en este condominio perfecto, planta baja, frente al mar.
Este condominio se encuentra en el popular Sugar Beach Resort. El complejo está ubicado en North Kihei en Sugar Beach. Check I was very easy. However. The kitchen facilities were reported to the property manager as they were old, incomplete, or missing as in the bbq utensils. The poorest equipped unit we’ve ever stayed in over our 15 years at sugar beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay here. The views were breath taking at sunset. It was quite with only the sound of the waves to fall asleep to. Unit was very clean. Being a coffee drinker, I was really happy to see a good quality coffee maker. We stayed in May and I can only image what the view would be like in February when the whales come through. Appliances have all been updated. I wish we could add pictures to this review so you can see the sunset. The resort is very central to everything. Has a great restraint at the location. Recommend you try the homemade potato salad., it goes quick. Thye a have great store for booking tours, rent snorkel equipment, sand chairs and coolers. The barbecues were very clean.

Reviewer Comments: Sugar Beach Condo's has a great location for the central and West side of Maui. Thr resort is getting older and could use some upgrades. The parking lot was always jam packed and the spaces were very small and difficult to park in and get out of your car. The landscaping is well planted but the lawn areas are very uneven and prone to tripping. There are definitely not enough lounge chairs available outside of the pool. People got up early and reserved the chairs all day so we never got to use them. Pool was very cold and not heavily used but that was ok as I could handle the cold water, but my wife would not use it. I visited several units as we made friend's and the unit we received was definitely in the worst shape of the others. Peeling chipped paint, dirty floors and walls, scratched and pitted fry pans and possibly the oldest and beat up furniture in the complex.I would not allow rental of this unit until it has a full renovation. I give this unit a zero.

There is a great restaurant/deli/bar on location! Our condo this time needed a little update. Living room furniture should be replaced and the shower definitely needs a really good cleaning. Other than that, it was just wonderful! We will definitely be back!

Amazing location

It was a great location with an amazing view. access to grass right in the beach was amazing. The inside of the condo was pretty run down. Needs touch up painting and deep scrub. Patio furniture needs to be replaced. Entrance was white originally but now starting to turn black. I liked the Sand-witch bar on the premises. Great walks on the beach just steps away.

Great location!

Great location right on Sugar Beach. This unit directly faces the ocean, walk out onto your patio and go for a swim. You really don't need to leave the resort, it has everything. As advertised, would stay again.

So enjoyable to walk right out to the beach, BBQ, pool or hot tub! No additional fee for parking or WiFi and has W/D in unit. Easy walk to Ululani's for shave ice, farmer's market and ABC store.

Great condo...such easy access being on the ground floor! Great beach, great pool! Everyone super friendly and easy checkin! Sunsets beyond amazing! O my negative is the bathroom was a little small and oou dated bit we can’t wait to stay again!!

Great View

We really enjoyed our stay, great property and the ocean view is fantastic. The room is nice but needs some TLC, the outdoor furniture on the deck are all rusted and the cushions are old and stained. The shower needs some updating as well.
