Finestrelles Attic is a very bright and comfortable apartment located in the Barcelona district of Trinitat Vella, about 20 minutes from Barcelona City center.
With a wonderful terrace with magnificent views, you can sun-bathe and see the sea!
The apartment gets a lot of light all day long as it is on the top floor.
The apartment has been newly refournished with style:
It has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with one single bed. The living room has double Sofa-bed, TV and a dining area.
The kitchen is fully equiped.
The apartment is completely sanitized and two clean beddings and towels are provided for free for all of you.
This beautiful apartment , suitable for 4 people, is very well located for your home in Barcelona.
It is in the district of Trinitat Vella, which is a very quite district, away from the tourist mass and very well connected by tube, train and bus.
You have all kind of shops, supermarkets and services, and even large green areas/parks, very near of the aparment.
Besides, you have 2 (tube) metro stations within 5 five minutes walking: metro Tinitat Vella with line L1 and metro Trinitat Nova with lines L3,L4 and L11.
These Lines take you to the city center, to the beach, to Gaudi's monuments, to parc Güell, to Las ramblas, to Nou Camp ,... , in a 15/20 min ride
Furthermore, you have two (RENFE) train stations , Torre barro and Sant Andreu Arenal, that take you to the city center in 10 min, or to the UAB University in 15 min, or to the countryside
