Esta casa de tres niveles es ideal para grandes grupos durante todo el año. La voluminosa y amaderado abovedado gran sala, con una pared de ventanas, ofrecen fantástica luz natural y magníficas vistas de la Cordillera Central. Hay 5 dormitorios (más un altillo con más camas), cuatro baños completos y dos medios baños. La propiedad es ideal para bodas, recepciones, reuniones, o simplemente de vacaciones.

La casa está situado frente a la ciudad de Breckenridge, a dos cuadras de la base del pico 8. Breckenridge es un antiguo pueblo minero victoriana de 140 años - una ciudad real. Cuenta con más vida nocturna que en cualquier otro lugar en el condado de Summit, con más de 200 restaurantes y tiendas. Además del esquí habitual en invierno y senderismo y ciclismo en verano, Breckenridge ofrece un festival de música de verano con música orquestal desde la clásica hasta la música contemporánea.

Family gathering

Great older place. Had lots of kids running around. Nothing too fancy but very comfortable. Lots of levels to spread out. Decks are great. Hot tub was a hit. If you want something comfortable but not too fancy, this is your place

New Favorite Getaway

We have been skiing with our best friends (and now our adult children) every year for over 30 years! Campbellot met our every wish: location, privacy, comfort, a nice kitchen; and had added touches like movies, music, and games that made it feel like home.

Excellent experience ! Home is wonderful and spacious! Excellent communication from owner and caretaker on site. Loved having home representative on site ! Perfect Place for a large group

Campblelot is the perfect place in Breck for a large group. Plenty of beds, couches, hang out areas, a big kitchen and dinning room for everyone, the hot tub is great! Easy to get to and from the mountain with the bus stop right down the road.

Perfect location and size for group of 13!

This house fit our group of 13 perfectly! The kitchen and living room layout was open and comfortable while all of us relaxed, cooked and played games. The view from the top floor was great on a clear day. Those sleeping in the bedrooms on the bottom floor- be prepared to be out of breath, as it is a lot to walk up 2 flights of steps at that altitude. The garage allowed us to store all of our skis/boards without having to bring things inside and make a mess. Washer and drier worked great and there was plenty of towels/sheets/blankets available, as well as laundry detergent, paper towel and toilet paper. One flaw of the house was that you could only access the hot tub through two of the middle floor bedrooms. This was something we weren't aware of, but we dealt with it. Hot tub was awesome and worked great! Other flaw was that the stove took a really long time to heat up to bake- be mindful of this if you're planning to cook- took us 2-3x as long to bake things as it typically would. Lots of pots and pans and cooking utensils, but no Tupperware, tin foil or baggies. There were a decent amount of spices/oil/cooking spray left over from previous guests. The shuttle was the best method of transportation. We did take 4oclock run back to the house a few times, but you had to climb up a bank of 3ft of fresh snow, which was a little exhausting. Be mindful- the road going up to peak 7/8 is steep and highly recommend having 4/AWD. I would absolutely stay here again!

All that and a bag of chips!!!

The property is simply amazing. The living area is well furnished and organized. The views are amazing! The kitchen/dining area is perfect for cooking for a large group. The main bedrooms are on their own level (perfect for the adults). And entertainment area for the teens/kids in the basement. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended!!!!

Just Wonderful!

Nine of our family members loved our recent stay over Christmas! The location of the property was ideal and there was plenty of comfortable room for all of us to be together and to find some privacy if needed. We would definitely stay at 4 O'Clock again. Kate was super helpful as was Ingrid.

Super Easy Escape to Breckenridge

My family and another family spent a 5 night ski vacation in this wonderful property. There was more than enough room for all 11 of us. We never felt like we were crammed or on top of each other. The location to the base of Peak 8 was great! Although the home is not ski in-ski out (the bus is a mere two blocks away). It was really easy to get to town as well. The great room and kitchen were massive, and allowed for everyone to sit around the table rather comfortably. The hot tub was a plus! I would definately stay here again when we return to Breck!

Great cozy ski in-and-out

We had a great experience at this house. We stayed there for 10 days, working from the house during the week, and because it was in-and-out we were able to take work breaks to ski. Ingrid and Darby were very responsive and immediately helped us with any question we had. The house is very cozy and very comfortable. It has several floors and plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms so even though we were a large group it never felt cramped. It has a very large jacuzzi which was clean and they came to clean again mid week. It also has washer/dryer with soap and dryer sheets. The only thing we missed were shampoos/conditioner which we had to go buy for each bathroom, everything else was perfect. Overall we highly recommend this place!

Great House!

I stayed here with a group of 16 friends and it was the perfect house for us. It is very big with plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking for a big group. It is very close to Peak 7 and 8, there is a shuttle stop just down the road and you can also ski in/out via 4 O'clock run. Would highly recommend this house!

Easy and convenient . . . had the space we needed. Darby was excellent. Hot tub was not working but they were responsive and it was repaired for us to use on night 3. We would certainly consider staying again! Thank you.

We love the neighborhood for it's ease of access to peak 8 and the town of Breckenridge. It's a fairly easy walk to both, and, if the conditions are good, you can ski out and down to the Snowflake lift and ski in and home from Peak 8's Trygve run, through the woods and down Sawmill Run Road. The property also has great views of the Continental Divide and Mt. Baldy, as well as fantastic trails in every direction.

It's a big mountain cabin in a great location walking distance from perhaps the best all-around ski mountain in the world! Also, Breckenridge is an authentic mountain town, a real gas and a tremendous blast!
