Romántico encantador de la zona Espectaculares vistas al mar desde la sala de estar, el comedor y el dormitorio. Maravillosa ubicación a 1-2 cuadras de numerosos restaurantes y bares. (Olas Altas) 2 cuadras de la playa. Edificio de condominios pintoresco Piscina y tumbonas en el primer piso. Maravilloso, gran terraza / patio cubierto con hermosas vistas a la montaña. Lavadora / secadora en la unidad. Una ubicación fantástica Este condominio de un dormitorio, se encuentra a solo una cuadra de la calle Olas Altas, con increíbles vistas a las montañas y al océano.
Este condominio está muy cerca de algunos de los mejores restaurantes en Vallarta y algunos de los mejores entretenimientos.
A solo 2 cuadras del nuevo muelle y la playa donde puedes encontrar todo lo relacionado con tomar el sol, pescar, bucear, etc. todos relacionados con la gran Bahía de Banderas.

Great view , would stay again when all the construction is finished.

Very nice view. Great location. The owner was eager to please and responded to every email and inquire I had . If I may Milo bring to your attention, you could use a light blanket for cold night and the bedsheets have several cigarette burns that is such a turn off. The mattress cover does not fit properly so it bunches up at night. The bed was good. Our vacation was not what we expected as the noice from what Milo referred to as finishing touches drove us insane. Starting at 7:30 am till late evening. Cutting Granite ,Beware there is a large construction Just up a couple of blocks . I would recommend the Condo .

Thank you review Emma. Unfortunately there is currently construction all over old town making stays uncomfortable. The other items you mentioned in your review have been addressed and improved upon. I am pleased that you liked the condo and that you want to come back, someday.......

This condo apartment was a NIGHTMARE for us . . . . . . . . .

Although this place could have such potential it is fraught with maintenance issues (it was obvious that it is not being maintained on a regular basis) . . . . . . . . . . the worst was the putrid stench coming out of the wooden furniture such as dresser drawer and night tables in the bedroom, sideboard in the dining room & hallway closet . . . . . . . in the 9 weeks we were there the moldy/musty smell never went away . . . . . . . . . the ice maker pipes in the refrigerator caused leaking on the kitchen floor so they had to be replaced . . . . . . . there were leaks in the bedroom ceiling . . . . . . . . . ceiling fans and remote controls not working properly . . . . . . . . there were no lamps bright enough for nighttime reading & on and on . . . . . . We wasted more time waiting for tradespeople to come by and fix things Meanwhile all we got from the landlord was "sorry for the inconvenience" time after time The photos on the rental website don't reflect the true picture of this space (bathroom and kitchen both need an overhaul) THINK TWICE BEFORE RENTING THIS CONDO APARTMENT

Unfortunately, the renters comments above are not truthful. 1) They requested more lamps and we got them. 2) They requested a new fry pan and we got it 3) The requested a new garbage can and we got a new one. Any and all items requested by the renters were provided very promptly. There are things that breakdown after not being used for 20 months because of COVID. . The condo is cleaned and maintained properly . We provided additional deep cleanings to make the renters feel more comfortable. My photos are completely accurate as shown on VBRO. I am sorry that the renters are not truthful. The renters were very unreasonable and all about creating drama.

Good location and nice stay

Thank you Milo and Emma for extending our vacation time an extra 2 weeks because of my husband contacting covid !! The condo has good potential with great views, nice large deck, washer and dryer, and wonderful breezes. However the condo could use a bit of TLC. We had a missing blind in the bedroom and the lights from the condo across shone on the bed nightly. The hot water tap in the bathroom sink doesn't work. Also shortage of a few essential supplies ex. toilet paper . Other then these few things I have mentioned , we enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks again Milo and Emma B & T

Great management company very neglected property

Everything was old abs not in good repair. Even at the slightly discounted rate the owner offered it was not worth it. The comment about the sheets is accurate as well!!

The condo is in good order. Anything that needed attention was quickly resolved by the manager Paty. We are very responsive to all of the renters needs.

Awesome stay

Our stay at the condo was great. The views are fantastic from every room. Nice large balcony with sun for morning coffee & shade later in the day for an afternoon drink. We enjoyed the nice breeze and had no need for the air conditioning which is a bonus. This is a lovely condo and we are looking forward to returning next year..Our thanks to Milo & Emma. They are great hosts and looked after us very well. We will be back T&B

Puerto Vallarta Paradise

We returned to this outstanding property for the second year, this time for two months, and found it even more exciting and beautiful. It is located in a small owner occupied building and they made us feel like part of the close knit group. Be sure to bring your binoculars for an even better views of the spectacular sunsets and the always changing ocean where you can watch whales, cruise ships and other marine activity from the dining room window. The owner is very hands on and any question is answered promptly. We will definitely return again.

Lima blanco condo

We recently stayed at the condo for 3 months and really enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a really good location, just up the hill from Los Muertos pier. Out the dining room window is a spectacular view of Banderas bay where we could see whales breeching during the day and a sea breeze keeping the room refreshed during those hot days. Anything you would want to do or go is within a short walking distance of the condo, the condo is very comfortable with a nice deck for those warm night dinners, a good place to stay !

A Great Place To Stay

This is a very nice propoerty, aa well maintained smaller building, in the best location of Puerto Vallarta. Close to the best restaurants, entertainment, and activities. The owner is absolutely terriffic. He is honest and takes very good at dealing with any problem, but very honestly there were not many problems. everything was just as he said it would be. there is a nice pool, that is not heated but is very useable. there is a nice cross breeze and we never had to use the A/C. Do not hesitate, you will love it
