Welcome to Unit 410!

Interior updated as of March 2025. Welcome to your slice of paradise. Get ready for sensational sunrises on your south facing private patio, cotton candy skies as the sun sets, and mesmerizing full moon reflections over the ocean. 410 was redecorated in March 2025 including new furnishings in the living and dining areas. There’s a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of tropical serving ware to enjoy your breakfast or five o’clock somewhere beverages on the patio. The bedroom has a plush king-size bed and smart TV. We are located on the non-drive section of New Smyrna Beach, allowing strolls along the beach and plenty of room to set up your chair and umbrella for the day. Ample seating is provided on the oceanside deck and by the pool, there are two BBQ grills and an indoor cabana with comfortable seating, books and board games, for your use as well. The sights and sounds of the ocean and tropical breezes await, come enjoy your home away from home.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. There is a coin operated washer and dryer on every floor.

Delightful in every way.

The condo was clean and comfortable and in a wonderful location. . The kitchen was well supplied. The pool was spotless and cleaned often.The beach is beautiful and we enjoyed our view of it from the balcony. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

One week get away.

Everything was great. It is very nice sitting outside listening and watching the ocean. The unit is perfect for two people. The only issue was the entrance door lock is a little difficult to open.

Nice get away

The unit is comfortable and very clean. The location is excellent. The view of the ocean from this unit is wonderful, and the balcony furniture is very comfortable. We had breakfast and lunch on the balcony many days. The only negative is lack of room in the kitchen cupboards. They are so filled with “stuff” that there is very little room for groceries. Someone should go in and declutter all the drawers, closets and cupboards.

Great little spot!

My stay at the Hacienda couldn’t have been any better. The unit was modern and clean, the bed was comfortable. I would be happy to stay in 410 again.

Good place to stay for my short visit to New Smyrna Beach. Nice condo with great beach access and pool, but weather didn't cooperate. Condo was clean and as described. Perfect for my stay. Thank you to Cate, who was excellent to work with!

Get away for two

My husband and I had a great time. We have been to New Smyrna Beach several times, but this was our 1st stay at Hacienda Del Sol II. The condo was perfect and everyone was nice. Thank you!

Reservation-Dirt-Toilet

We did not receive a confirmation. We could not reach the property on the phone. VRBO finally called the owner. They got the property to respond. When we checked in the manager answered the phone. She said "I'm sorry. I forgot to call you back." Apparently we were not the only ones having trouble reaching her. We called ten times. We made the reservation on Tuesday and did not get an answer until Friday. The rugs were packed with sand. We took them downstairs and shook them out. The cleaning fee should be refunded. The toilet would not flush unless you held the handle. It needs a new flapper.

Very nice complex

I have stayed at the Hacienda del Sol I and II for many years. To be honest, I was a little unhappy that management chose the week I was there to close the pool for 3 days for algae treatment. I know that kind of thing has to be done...but no notification was given to me BEFORE I arrived. I might have tried to move my vacation week if I had known. That is a big deal to me. Also, the unit itself needed a few minor items that would have made housekeeping easier. The unit itself was wonderful as far as the view was concerned. All in all- very nice.
