Fabulous holiday home in convenient area
This villa made up from 3 apartments, is brilliantly located near to the sea, several good restaurants and a shop., and within 20 mins drive time of Dubrovnik. We received a very warm welcome and was able to check in earlier than the agreed time. The spacious apartments suited us as it allowed everyone their own space but also great communal areas inc the outdoor sitting area, the fabulous pool and gardens. Each kitchen was well-equipped (not that I cooked much!), the bathrooms were clean and modern, sitting areas neat and tidy, and the bedrooms were clean and comfy. Everything was as described. The pool area was very relaxing with cushioned sunbeds, a good size sun umbrella and plenty of small tables for drinks and snacks, The pool itself was a good size, well-maintainted and also had a jacuzzi setting! We were lucky to make use of some inflateables left by the previous guests. Mali Zaton is a lovely relaxing bay with an easy walkway following the coastline to Zaton, where there are more restaurants. The water is crystal clear and heaving with fish and you can also hire paddle boards & kayaks. You can also hire a boat including crew, which I can highly recommend - Petra Travel (find them on facebook). Uber is easy and although we had a car, we often booked taxis both locally and into Dubrovnik. I would really like to thank Maja, who managed the villa and gave us wonderful tips on where to go and what to do, as well as finding us some extra bits and pieces.
