Great place!

I came here with 5 other women and we loved being at this villa. It’s beautifully nestled right next to some gorgeous nature and you really feel a sense of peace there. The pools were amazing and the croissants every morning were a great touch. I would 100% recommend this villa to anyone looking for a larger place in st barth.

Beautiful Property!

The house is amazing and Pierre is a wonderful resource and helpful with anything from rides to grocery delivery to restaurant and activity recommendations. Perhaps follow up right before arriving via text for anything that is prearranged to be sure it is done. Emails can get lost in the shuffle. We are already planning on coming back!

Amazing Home!

Super chic styled villa, views to die for

Pierre met us at the Ferry and drove us to Avis before settling us in at the villa. The villa is incredible, very spacious and we loved the styling. Pierre set us up at Nikki Beach on Sunday (a must) and also with 90 minute massages for our whole party at the villa our last day in St Barthe's (also a must). We loved it and wouldn't hesitate to rent it again. Loved having 2 pools!! The only issue was a very slow wifi. Not terrible but definitely not fast. Enjoy!

Best St Barts experience to date

My husband, myself and a couple friend of ours just spent a lovely week at the villa. It was an amazing experience! Pierre was extremely helpful and took care of us from taking care of our car rental, catamaran rental to bringing us breakfast each morning! We couldn't have asked for better service. The villa itself is a beautiful property. Having two pools for two couples enabled us to have a private space when we wanted couple time. We will definitely be contacting Pierre again when we are ready for our return to St Barts. Thank you Pierre for everything. We look forward to renting this villa again in the near future!

Beautiful views and excellent setting

We vacationed in St. Barts for our first time in October 2016. We loved everything about it, the beaches, the close-knit island, great and friendly people, excellent restaurants, adventure, etc. Villa Lagon Vert and Pierre's team were amazing and make sure you have everything you need before and during your trip. My wife and I can't wait for our next opportunity to visit!

Perfect

My wife and I just completed four nights at this exceptional property. This was our first visit to St. Barts. Next time we will bring our children with the hope of staying at this same property. The floor plan of this villa's provides private living for three couples with two pools. The interior decor is clean, simple, and modern. We loved the water views on either side of the villa and the living environment was so good at the villa that we actually didn't feel any desire to leave the property to explore the island as the previous reviewers have suggested. There are two tennis courts and a very private beach within this private community, so no good reason to leave other than for food. The property manager Pierre's does everything he can to make the experience easy and enjoyable. He greets you at your rental car company at the St. Barts airport in order to guide you back to the villa for ease. Each morning croissants are delivered without a peep before sunrise. His sense of service and attention to detail are exceptional. This was a perfect vacation experience and vocally recommended.

MAGNIFIQUE !!!!!

Un emplacement de rêve, au calme et la villa est superbe. Mon fils avait loué cette maison pour nos 70ans , je dois avouer que je ne m'attendais pas à une aussi belle et agréable demeure. Le service est parfait. Je vous prie de croire que l'Ile est belle et nous devions aller visiter les beaux coins, mais pour moi rester à la maison me plaisait autant. Avec la visite des colibris sur les fleurs près de la piscine, les tortues sur la route etc... J'ai aperçu la Propriétaire qui est vraiment agréable . Donc ++++++++++ à conseiller

Wonderful Villa

My family of four just returned from a 6 night stay at the 3 bdrm Lagon Vert. It was our first time to St. Barts and the first time we have rented a villa that was not part of a resort property. Pierre, the concierge, could not have been more attentive and accommodating. His pre-arrival contacts, meeting us with the rental car agent at the ferry upon arrival, handling all our requests and making sure we arrived safely and on time back to the ferry at departure....he was definitely a 5 star concierge. But, the best were the fresh pastries delivered in the early hours before we were awake. The villa is beautiful and spacious. Each of our adult children had their own private rooms off the front pool and we had the private bedroom off the back pool. We ate breakfast and lunch in, enjoying the pool, went to a different beach every afternoon and explored the restaurants in the eves. The villa is located in Petit cul de Sac which, while very private and quiet, does require a 15-20 minute drive along narrow and busy roads to the beaches, Gustavia and the Eden Rock area where you find most of the activity. The roads and steep elevations took getting comfortable with but after a few days we knew our way around the island. I highly recommend this villa to a family, to 3 couples or 6 friends traveling together. Enjoy!

Awesome property with service/hospitality to match

We just got back from a 1 week stay at Lagon Vert and things could not have been more perfect. We were a party of 5 (me and my wife, in-laws, and brother in law) and the three bedroom villa was a great combination of privacy and central space. There were 2 pools in the villa, which was extremely useful as the sun moves around during the day. Decor was sleek and stylish, unlike a lot of other properties which are gaudy or dated. Pierre, the property manager, was awesome. He met us at the ferry dock with our rental car, and was pretty much on call for us until he helped drop us off at the ferry on the last day. One of the best parts of staying at Lagon Vert is that the owner has a number of other properties and also owns quite a few restaurants on the island. We stumbled into Do Brazil on Shell Beach and when we realized that it was owned by the same owner we emailed Pierre who got us complimentary chairs on the beach. Lagon Vert was the perfect property. Seemed like the best combination of private villa with all the amenities and service of a boutique hotel in Paris. Could not imagine staying anywhere else, except in another one of the associated properties.

Private Paradise - Vacation of a lifetime

My wife and I have just returned from a one week stay at Lagon Vert. WOW!!! This beautiful new villa with two pools made this the perfect resting point for our daily jaunts around the island. Yes, it's located "far" out in Petit Cul de Sac, but the 15-20 minute drive to Gustavia was actually a highlight of most days. The road past Grand Fond is breathtaking, and if we stayed in town, we would have never been able to experience that view so many times. We were able to visit all 18 beaches on the island that week, and we always enjoyed getting back to Lagon Vert after a long day in the sand for a few afternoon cocktails in the pool before sunset. We loved the view of the pool and the surrounding terrain from the rear bedroom...a perfect place to relax and reflect. We had the pleasure of meeting Monique, the villa owner, while there. What a delightful woman, and Pierre, the villa manager, was always incredibly accommodating with all of our requests. This villa is incredibly private. Save for the local herder who was seen twice walking water jugs out to the goats on the neighboring acreage (don't worry...the animals don't bother you in the least - there is a discreet fence between the properties), we went the entire week without seeing anyone on the adjoining land. If peace and quiet is what you seek, this villa is a must to consider. Both sunrises (over the ocean) and sunsets (behind the hills) can be seen from the rear pool. Sunsets viewed from the front pool were fabulous. The entertainment room includes a huge television and wonderful BOSE system with Sirius XM radio and other satellite radio stations...a great surprise. The sound system could be nicely heard from both outdoor areas. Linens and bath towels were of exceptional quality and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The kitchen had all necessary comforts and was well-equipped. We ate most meals in the villa, primarily because it was so hard to leave! While there was only two of us in the villa for the week, I believe that three couples could easily enjoy the comforts of the home without feeling cramped at all. All-in-all, a wonderful week in paradise was highlighted by our stay at Lagon Vert.

Gorgeous villa

The villa is really fantastic. Everything is immaculate and very new. It is larger and more spacious than what the pictures indicate. The location is amazing with both sunrise and sunset exposures. The manager Pierre is awesome and is always available to help with anything you may need. It is about a 15-20 minute drive into Gustavia but driving is half the fun on the island so it's really not a big deal. We have rented a lot of really nice villas on the island and this was everyone's favorite. It is beautiful but also very comfortable to live in. It's a great layout. We would highly recommend this villa and hope to return.

LOVED it!

There are so many great things about Villa Lagon Vert! Property Manager: Pierre was very friendly, quick to respond, easy to work with for booking process, and really wonderful upon arrival and during our stay. He met us at the ferry where we arrived at. He took us to the supermarket on the way to the Villa. He showed us around the villa upon arrival and sat down with a map marking all the places we should go see. He was able to answer all of our questions! Pierre even drove us to dinner one night! Property: clean, had separate pool towels/shower towels, supplied soap, shampoo, etc. The property is exactly as described and shown in photos. It was so peaceful that we had trouble leaving to go explore the island! Location: I think the location was great. It was reasonable to get to any activity/restaurant we were looking to go to. You definitely have to rent a car, but that would be true for any property you choose. Overall, wonderful trip and hope to return again!

" to the happy few "

Proche de l'essentiel, la maison conjugue la beauté sauvage de sa situation au sommet du domaine du levant , la fluidité moderne de son architecture sur un seul niveau de vie ( un loft à l'air libre) , et la qualité de ses finitions . Nous y avons passé, avec deux autres couples cinquantenaires, huit jours sans fausse note, entre lagon, ciel, soleil, et vent de l'océan, chacun partageant l'espace commun convivial, tout en préservant son intimité . On y gare sans problème deux ou trois voitures de location pour circuler librement sur l'île, avant ou après avoir profité des piscines, et de la plage de petit cul de sac à quelques minutes de marche, ( une minute en Terrios, choix auto sur les conseils avisés de PBD , si vous craignez le petit raidillon du retour) . Mais il serait dommage de rater la ballade à pied jusqu'à la pointe Est de l'île. Le Weber Spirit est assez grand pour griller de belles langoustes fraîches; l'équipement de la cuisine ne frustrera pas les cuisiniers amateurs . Un rien de réflexion pour les télécommandes et le système audio met l'ambiance musicale au moment du ti'punch . Thérèse veille chaque jour à remettre la maison en ordre , et à renouveler vos serviettes de toilette, en toute discrétion . Pierre-Bertrand ( alias PBD) saura être aux petits soins pour tout le reste, un clin d'oeil amical...et à bientôt . A et N , Strasbourg .
