Nuestra villa de lujo ubicada en el primer piso, ubicada en el centro, tiene 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con un porche con vista a una laguna pintoresca. Estamos a poca distancia a pie de la hermosa playa de Kiawah, The Sanctuary Hotel y East Beach Village. . Ofrecemos todos los servicios del resort, incluidos los privilegios de piscina para la piscina Night Heron Park, con su nueva piscina de agua adyacente para adultos y niños. Very comfortable and close to everything

Comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the view from the screened in patio and our close proximity to all of the resort amenities. We will be back!

Perfect getaway for wildlife watching!

We absolutely loved our stay in Turtle Pointe! The lagoon view from the screened porch was constant entertainment! We saw a mama twin baby deer feed in the morning and evening. There were abundant turtles, waterfowl, and small alligators to watch in and out of the water. The bike ride to the beach was quick and simple. I would recommend for older guests driving to the Sanctuary and using their beach access. We did this for my disabled husband. The resturants were excellent. Our favorite was the Pub at Cougar Pointe and BBQ at Osprey Point. The views at the Ryder Cup are also fantastic. Don't miss a stop there! Overall the villa was well-appointed. Any minor issues were fixed quickly with all call to resort staff. The host, Margaret, was fantastic to work with and quick to reply to requests. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect family vacation

This villa was perfect for our family of 4 especially since it came with resort access. We split our time between the beach and pool with lots of fun bike rides getting to and from. The kids and adults enjoyed resort activities like pottery painting, tie-dye, live bands and tons of other activities at Night Heron park. The water slides were a huge hit. The home was well-equipped for what we needed. We ate most dinners out at the great restaurants in the resort. Margaret was easy to communicate with. Kiawah is beautiful!

Best Property/ Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay and loved this Villa. Very clean, close walk to the Sanctuary and a 2 minute bike ride to the beach. We loved the view of the lagoon in the back as well as the size of the Master Bathroom/ Bedroom. Very easy to communicate with the owner of property. We loved this place!

Location, Views and Fun!

This property was a very easy and comfortable place for my family of 4 to stay. We were able to bike EVERYWHERE, safely watch alligators and other wildlife right from our porch and thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities of Kiawah Island. The owner is just a delight to speak with as well!

Wonderful Visit

We loved our first visit to Kiawah Island. The property was comfortable for our family of four, and an easy bike to the beach. We loved the screened in porch and all the amenities the island had to offer!

Great condo, beautiful view, clean, close to beach and pools

Check-in at the condo was easy and Margaret was wonderful to work with. She always was ready to answer any questions we had. The condo is in a great location with an easy bike to the beach and pools. The view over the pond was very peaceful. The condo was super clean when we arrived and had plenty of kitchen amenities for use. The check-in process was easy and the week overall was wonderful.

Peaceful Property

Girls get away. I loved sitting in the porch in the morning having coffee listening to the birds sing and watching the wildlife by the pond. The location is perfect. We rented bikes and rode all over the island and on the beach. But the best of all was the owner. Margret was amazing. Extremely accommodating. Best Vrbo experience I have ever had. Great lagoon view

Our stay here was a much needed vacation. The lagoon views and night heron pool access are the top reasons for picking this unit. First floor is also a plus for easy loading of luggage. The unit is in need of a makeover but it has been well maintained during its life as a rental property. I think the carpet in the living room should probably be switched for a more beach friendly material like vinyl plank floors. We also couldn’t find a sheet pan for making frozen pizzas. We would stay again if we come again.

Wonderful property

This unit in Turtle Cove was on the first floor, perfect for alligator watching by the lagoon! The location is wonderful, close to the Town Center which has sandwiches and some necessities. It is also close to the tennis center. The owner was very helpful and communicative. We love Kiawah and had a wonderful stay.

The best getaway!

Our family had such a wonderful time at this villa! My four year daughter even hugged the walls and said “bye Kiawah house!” The owner was so helpful and responsive, and really just went above and beyond! We will be back for sure.

Exactly as expected

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The property is better than pictures provide online. While decor is a bit dated, the furnishing are of very good standard and the property was exceptionally clean. The owner was gracious and easy to work with! The place has the comforts of staying at a family house, lovingly care for. We would stay again! Thanks for sharing with us!

Wonderful stay

Loved the villa, enjoyed seeing alligators swimming around in the lagoon! Kiawah is beautiful with wonderful pools and a lovely, wide, clean beach with plenty of room. We would absolutely come back here. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Perfect!

The place was exactly at is was described and looked in pictures. Proximity to the different parts of Kiawah was great. It was easy to get to and from places by bike. On foot, it might have been a hike at times to the beach or pool, but we were happy to get around by bike everywhere! Beautiful island and great condo!
