Encantador apartamento de dos dormitorios con una enorme terraza en la azotea ubicado en el corazón del distrito histórico en un barrio de moda, justo al lado de la famosa Plaza de la Merced.



Este apartamento completamente renovado cuenta con dos dormitorios cómodos, uno con una cama de matrimonio y mucho espacio de armario, el otro con dos camas individuales, ideal para cuatro huéspedes.



El apartamento mezcla la arquitectura española tradicional con techos altos y suelo de madera, con un diseño escandinavo contemporáneo.



La cocina completamente equipada y moderna se abre a un área de comedor y sala de estar luminosa con vistas a una calle pintoresca en este distrito artístico emergente.



La enorme terraza en la azotea cuenta con dos áreas separadas, ambas con muebles de exterior cómodos, un área para comer al aire libre y otra para descansar o tomar el sol en sus cómodas tumbonas.



El apartamento está ubicado en el tercer piso de un edificio histórico y solo es accesible a través de escaleras. Puede no ser adecuado para huéspedes con restricciones de movilidad.



Tenga en cuenta que el estacionamiento está sujeto a disponibilidad y debe reservarse con antelación. El precio es de 15 € por día.

This apartment was extremely well equipped and stylishly furnished! The location was ideal - very much in the centre of things but very quiet. The rooftop terrace was amazing - two different seating areas, plus sun loungers and a top notch BBQ. The sunsets were amazing over the city skyline. The check in process was super smooth and helpful. I would highly recommend this property and Solaga!!

Very nice apartment with walking distance to everything. The roof terrace was nice, we missed the 2 sunbeds that were in the pictures but the heat meant we couldn't be up there that much. Keep in mind that you reach the roof terrace via the stairwell, which was not a problem but may be good to know. Well-equipped kitchen in case you want to prepare breakfast, lunchdinner yourself.

Perfect place for everything in the city

Solaga are totally professional in every way and go out of their way to help you. The accommodation although accessed by steps so please check you are fit enough to do 3 floors worth, for us not a problem. It was amazing, clean fabulous views and everything you could need to self cater or go local for anything. Don't want to write much more so we can get to visit again ️ 2nd set of keys as we had to make sure we both made it back at same time if we were out independently.

Very suitable for 3 adults

The apartment was very cozy and comfortable. Everything necessary was taken into account, and the apartment was very clean. The only small downside was the 52 steps, but they can be seen as an opportunity for exercise. The terrace was large, though maybe not the best for having breakfast since you would have to carry it through the stairwell, but otherwise very functional. We found the location to be very good and peaceful, yet there were nice dining and drinking places just around the corner.

The appartment is very nice. Well equipped. The pillow cases for the outside couch were dirty so it was not a pleasure to sit on them. It was not described that the terrace can only be reached by leaving the appartment.

We absolutely loved this apartment

We absolutely loved this apartment. We felt perfectly at home as soon as we arrived. José welcomed us and showed us around and gave us the best local tips. We loved the location, it’s a really cool, photogenic street and really peaceful. We read other people complain about street noise in other places around Malaga but we were completely undisturbed. The shutters added to a great night’s sleep, every night! The roof terrace is such a lovely addition and we enjoyed breakfasts Al fresco, which was perfection! We were so close to the hustle and bustle of Malaga, and loved the local restaurants and markets. It’s so central and made Malaga very accessible to us. We will definitely return to stay here and cannot say enough good things about it! The service and communication was great also, and they arranged luggage storage for us on the last day, which meant we got to enjoy Malaga on the last day without any baggage! We’ll be back!

Everything you could wish for for a relaxing stay

Excellent accommodation with stylish and comfortable furniture. Air con in the bedrooms and living room/kitchen, all utilitise you could possibly need, large roof terrace and everywhere was super clean. The location is perfect and the apartment was very quiet! There was a problem with the door app on the first day but someone from Solaga came to sort it on the same day. We were four adults staying for a week and could have not wished for a better accommodation for our holiday! Whilst the beach is only 15-20min walk away, it was nice to be able to catch an airconditioned taxi, when it got too hot for us... the taxi rank is only 2-3 min walk away, next to the Plaza de la Merced. It's nothing to improve on but just wanted to mention that this accommodation is not suitable for those with any mobility issues, as the apartment is on the thrid floor and there is no lift.

The apartment is wonderful and spacious. Excellent amenities throughout and lots is storage space. The bathroom and kitchen are very modern and easy to use with everything you need. Also the terrace space is great for eating outside or relaxing. Despite being so close to Merced and the tunnel the apartment is quiet and relaxing. The only 2 things I would change was that you can’t close the curtains in the bedroom due to the air conditioning unit. Not a problem for us but may be for some. Also, on the terrace the seating sofa area doesn’t really get sun but the table area does. Maybe something could be done so there is more of a sun-bathing opportunity up on the terrace, although sitting in the shade is sometimes welcome!

Ein rundum schönes Appartement mit ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen, stilvoll und modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber in naher Laufdistanz zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Supermärkten, Drogeriemarkt und zahlreichen Restaurants! Die Dachterrasse ist groß und über das Treppenhaus zu erreichen! Sogar ein early Check in war möglich!
