Manténgase a la derecha en el Golfo en la Unidad 611 ... condominio de 1 habitación y 2 baños en Pelican Walk (4 personas) con unas vistas INCREÍBLES. Ubicado en el extremo este de PCB ... a pocos pasos de la hermosa playa de arena blanca.

Nuestro condominio está frente al golfo y se ha actualizado recientemente con NUEVO! Pisos, muebles y decoración costera suave. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, TV de pantalla plana nueva y baño principal contiguo con una combinación de bañera / ducha. El salón tiene un NUEVO! Sofá cama Queen y sale al balcón del frente del Golfo. A pocos pasos se encuentra el segundo baño completo con ducha.

La cocina está bien equipada con un refrigerador de tamaño completo con máquina de hielo, estufa, lavaplatos, microondas, cafetera, licuadora y todo lo que pueda necesitar para cocinar. Además, se incluye una lavadora / secadora apilable de tamaño completo en el condominio. ¡El amplio balcón es el lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar del atardecer! ¡Ideal para parejas y familias con niños!

¡Pelican Walk tiene 2 piscinas, jacuzzi, tenis, racquetball y más! La ubicaci��n es ideal ... cerca de tiendas, restaurantes, mini golf, pesca, St. Andrew's State Park y más! ¡Te encantará quedarte en nuestro condominio!

A week in Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My renatal at Pelican Walk, Unit 611, was amazing. The room was updated throughout, the AC, fans, and TVs works amazingly and the bed was pretty comfortable. My complaints or less positive comments are about the overall facility of Pelican Walk. When I turned down the bed on our first night, I was met with long dark strands of hair on the sheets and pillows. So after driving 9 hours and absolutely exhausted, I had to remove the bedding and wash it. That is clearly a housekeeping issue and not a unit issue. Also, the pool areas could really benefit from umbrellas. While it was not as hot as normal during the week we were there, it was so sunny and having the option to get out of the sun would have been great. The water pressure at the beach access was basically the same as me trying to spit to get sand off of things - terrible. Overall, the experience was fine. Additionally, one of the two elevators was down all week for maintenance, which was a slight inconvenience. Our unit was beautiful and well stocked.

I would suggest to have a 4th chair on the balcony for when you have guests. I wish it was available for our dates next winter. We would definitely return.

Nice condo but the sleeper sofa was horrible, you should not count that as sleeping arrangements and to many little tables and end tables, their is not enough space to set/ put your own stuff when coming for a week

Great September Stay

And I can say, no matter what time of the year or what Unit we have stayed in, we have not been disappointed!! Unit 611 is very beautiful and met our every need. I am always impressed with the beds in the Units. Nothing like a good nights sleep before heading back out to the beach. And as I’ve said before, the staff here at Pelican Walk is the BEST! Looking forward to our October Stay!

Beautifully updated and clean unit. Property maintenance issues

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 611 is beautifully updated, well-equipped and was very clean upon arrival. The beach chair rental is a favorite feature for us. I would not recommend sleeping on the sofa bed as it is extremely uncomfortable, as are most sofa beds! We loved the property upgrades to the pool decking and surrounding property landscaping. The property itself did have a couple of issues during our stay that were not problems with the specific unit or its owner, but greatly impacted our enjoyment (hence 4 stars). The elevator went out two times for a total of nine days out of our 14-day stay. Additionally, the property's water main burst and all units were without water for the majority of a day, leaving our guests unable to shower prior to leaving to return home. We have stayed at this property multiple times, but this was the first time to have such inconvenient facility issues. We expressed our concerns to the onsite property manager on the last day of our stay. She claimed to be unaware of the issues. She advised she would follow-up and have someone contact us, but to date, we have not had any contact.

Great weekend at a great condo

We were very pleased with the condo. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. Kitchen was fully stocked and the beach chairs were a plus. We love Pelican Walk and the location. Will check availability when we plan our next trip.

It wasn't particularly clean when we arrived (ie, glass surfaces were not clean, table surfaces had not been dusted in some time, debris in bathroom floors). However, the room was fine. The vertical blinds need to be replaced as several slats are missing and the afternoon sun is brutal when you're not able to close the blinds all the way. All in all, we had a great stay. The weather couldn't have been better and we love PW in general.
