Pelican Walk 902 is a PET FRIENDLY OCEAN - BEACH FRONT vacation rental that is right on the Gulf! Upon arrival, you will immediately be drawn to the private balcony, where breathtaking views of the Gulf are on full display. Look straight out to the sugar white sand and turquoise water! This budget friendly one-bedroom condo features a king bed in the master bedroom, a private master bath with tub/shower combo, a sleeper sofa in the living area, a full bathroom for guests with a shower, washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen. The BEST part is the Gulf-front balcony view! The condo is fully equipped with everything you could need to have a relaxing beach vacation!

Pelican Walk is one of the few PET FRIENDLY properties in Panama City Beach! The Pelican Walk Owner Association Pet Policy allows up to TWO (2) pets per condo and each pet must weigh 20 lbs or under. All pets must be pre-approved and registered upon arrival .*Pet fee is $150/pet, per stay charged by the Pelican Walk Owners Association. Pet fee is non-refundable.

Pelican Walk is a beautiful complex with tropical grounds and plenty of beach area! Guests have access to the clubhouse and other resort amenities, including TWO swimming pools, hot tub, dry sauna, pool table, and courts for tennis, pickle ball, racquetball, and shuffleboard. When you want to get out and about, it’s just a short stroll to shopping, dining, and entertainment in Panama City Beach. Pelican Walk also offers private beach access and convenient beach chair rentals—pick up a beach chair and an umbrella for a day at the beach or rent a set for the week. Beautiful room and easy beach access

Perfect location, good places to eat close by, beach chair rentals available. Staff were all friendly. Room was clean and the view was gorgeous. We did not cook much but the kitchen appeared to be stocked with anything you may need for cooking.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year staying at Pelican Walk. This is the best place to stay during vacation. Bonus you get to bring your fur babies along for the trip. Pelican Walk makes your stay very comfortable. The only issue we found both years we've stayed is that the dishwashers would not work. But it was a small inconvenience as we don't use many dishes anyway when we vacation. The dishwasher issues does not even compare to the rest of the facility. Everything is clean, there are two pools, it's quiet, and you have 24 hour access to the beach so early risers like myself can get to the beach before daylight and enjoy the peace and quiet of the ocean before everyone wakes up. I give this place 10 stars if I could

Great place. Beautiful location!

We had a beautiful time views where spectacular place was in great shape. Could definitely use a little updating but overall absolutely beautiful definitely will be staying here again next time. Hopefully the heated pool is working.

Attempts were made to “update” it with paint (over wallpaper it appeared) and was clean, but also felt gross. The 2nd bathroom shower smelled of rotten eggs. Don’t even bother with the sleeper sofa - stained & lumpy. I wouldn’t stay in this room even if it was free. Only positives are the view and pet friendly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed with Pelican Walk for the past 4-5 years at least once - twice a year. I will say of all the rooms we have stayed; this room was not the best. We do stay where it is pet friendly, which we greatly appreciate, however, the room smelled as we entered the door. Going down the hall the smell became stronger. We thought it may have been pet urine. We kept smelling and determined under the kitchen sink had signs of previous water damage and a musty, foul-smelling odor was coming from under the sink. We sprayed disinfectant spray several times a day, but the smell still remained. The entire unit could use a good deep cleaning and the under-sink area needs to be gutted and redone. I would recommend a larger TV. We lost connection to the TV in living area several times, kept getting message to contact your provider. The TV in the bedroom never failed. We love the facility, and the location is perfect for us. The staff has always been very friendly.

Perfect Getaway

The location was perfect and was close to our favorite restaurants. The beach was just a few steps from the pool and the view from our balcony was breathtaking. The staff was very helpful and could not have been nicer. Best of all we were able to vacation with our dog. We look forward to our next trip to PC Beach and will definitely stay at Pelican Walk!

Reviewer Comments: Unit has a beautiful view.Unit is smaller than other 1 bedrooms we stayed in before.Unit needs update, the mattress on the sleeping couch was horrible. It felt like sleeping on metal springs. The bedroom had a queen bed and the mattress was very uncomfortable. Also there wasn't enough pillows and covers in the Unit. Not sure if they're expecting the renters to bring them. The pet walking area was so far from the building and it gets filled with water when it rains. They only heat one pool so it was disappointing to have to go to the other building to swim. The hot tub is very small and it's outside the building. They don't have a gym which I was looking for during the vacation. The elevator was down for more than 5 hrs in 2 days. They claimed it was for maintenance. So we had to go up the stairs to the 9th floor.

The sofa bed needs a better mattress.Too walk your pet frim floor 9 was hard as the pet couldn't make it to the walk area out by the road.they need to relocate it closer for the pets and owners.the condo in all was ok but i have stayed in better ones like this the dunes of panama. I would consider this place again but on a lower floor and a two bed room.
