Stunning Remodeled 1BR Condo with Amazing Beach Views. Sleeps 4. Pool.

You will love the convenience of Sunswept 109. The condo is located right on the beach. The view from the deck is amazing. Parking is right outside the front door so you won't have to deal with long walks from a parking garage or waiting for an elevator. Beach access is on the side of the building near the front door. There is also a nice community pool in the complex.
This unit was remodeled May 2022. The kitchen and bathroom have been completely remodeled and the remainder or the unit has new flooring and paint. All appliances, Cabinets, counters, wall tiles, furniture and decor have been replaced. It is really nice.

If you have ever stayed at Sunswept before, you will notice that this condo is unlike any of the other units in the complex. We have opened up the living room and kitchen and it feels much larger and more inviting.

The condo has a King size bed in the bedroom, a kitchen with the essentials, and the living room includes a hide-a-bed couch that can sleep 2 additional guests. There are televisions in the Living room and bedroom with basic cable. The unit includes a washer and dryer. The deck has seating to enjoy the view of the gulf and incredible sunsets. Wireless internet is also included so feel free to stream your favorite shows and movies.

We have loved this complex since our first stay. We really like the quiet atmosphere of the east end of the beach. You will be close to St. Andrews state park, the marinas, and Shell Island. Should you decide to venture to the west end of the beach, Pier Park is only 20 minutes away via Back Beach Rd.

We pride ourselves on offering a clean, well-maintained condo at an affordable price. We think you will love it just as much as we do.. We have 2 beach front condos and 3 poolside condos in the complex so we can accommodate large parties vacationing together.

We have Direct TV stream and Xfinity apps on the TV for you to use. The Xfinity App has the 4 local stations for the area... ABC, CBS, FOX, and NBC. The Direct TV app has 130 channels to choose from. You are free to install your own apps to stream, but Please don't uninstall or logout our account on XFinity or Direct TV.

Lovely balcony views of the sunset and the beach. I loved you could rent chairs and umbrellas from the beach service. The complex pool was convenient too. The rental was clean and well maintained. Owners had excellent communication. We encountered no problems with the property during our stay.

July 4th weekend getaway/future wedding venue

We loved our stay! We stayed in another unit in that same building last year. Super convenient to watch the sunsets and 4th of July fireworks from our balcony. Setting out our chairs on the beach early, going back to sleep, having breakfast on the balcony, going down to the beach for a few hours, going back in the room for lunch and the pool, before heading back out for more beach time! We will definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here and will definitely be back. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. Convenient location with extremely close access to the beach. The condominium’s are older, but very well kept with this specific unit being completely remodeled on the inside and very nice! The owners have done a great job and made it super easy to check in and out!

Great location and stay!!

I absolutely loved this condo! The location was great as well. The condo was very clean and well maintained. I felt at home the minute I walked in and that is saying a lot for someone who struggles with anxiety. I spent quite a bit of time on the back patio as well and the view of the ocean was perfect! Also only took about 2minutes to access the beach. I will be staying here again and recommending to family as well.

Loved the area

The condo was perfect for the three of us. Nice location and amenities. They only upgrade I would suggest is the sleeper sofa.

What a Great Condo!

We could not have asked for a better stay. Perfect Space for my husband, our daughter and myself, for a long weekend. Very clean and well kept. Perfect view and so close to the water. I loved that this is a smaller complex and there isn’t elevators to have to wait and wait for. Truly a gem and will most definitely be staying again! Host are very kind and made sure we settled in and didn’t need anything. Loved that it is a family to rent from and not a big company. Made the experience much easier and more personal.

Peaceful paradise

We've been coming to PCB every June for several years now and this is by far our favorite condo we've stayed at. We normally stay at much longer condos with crowded beaches and pools and this place is the complete opposite. The beach was calm and quiet and plenty of spaces to set up. The pool was great too!! The room was very clean and spacious for our party of 3. It had everything we need! You're literally on the beach in seconds. We fell in love and wish we could move right in. :)

Great Condo!

We chose the condo due to location, but were very pleased with how perfect everything was for the two of us. The condo was decorated very cute, clean and had wverything we needed. The view was great and the access to the beach was quick and easy. Looking forward to staying there again.

Upon arriving for our mid-May stay, we needed to contact the host, Tom, and within minutes he reached out to us. He was very accommodating, he was quick to respond to a minor issue that he had no control over. We appreciated a clean, newly renovated room with a beautiful view of the beach. This place was a perfect fit for our family of 3 and we plan to book again soon.

Amazing property and beautiful view

Second floor room with easy access. Beautifully remodeled rooms with everything you need at your fingertips. Beautiful balcony view of the beach and ocean. We had no problems at all with anything. The host was very friendly and is easy to contact. This will become a repeat rental for our family. I promise you will not be disappointed!

Great location

The location was great, we could be on the beach in seconds. There were several good restaurants close enough to walk to. Owner communication was good. The new renovations were very pretty. It's an older property but seems well maintained. We will stay again.

Fantastic!

The condo was in a perfect, quiet location. We watched dolphins and manatees play in the water. The condo was very clean and modern. Only thing was the ice maker was loud when dropping ice and air conditioner, a little loud. No big deal. Just scared us the first night!

Fantastic Beach Stay

We stayed to celebrate an anniversary and we had a great stay. The location is close to the St. Andrews State Park and is not a high rise, making the competition for spots on the beach less competitive for beachgoers. We saw lots of dolphins out and about from the balcony, and experienced the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. The owner was great to work with as well. Near groceries, restaurants, and local shops. Hope to visit again!
