Completamente remodelado 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, 3 º piso frente a la playa condominio ubicado en la bella 7 millas Old Orchard Beach. Situado a sólo 1/4 milla (7 cuadras) del famoso muelle y el centro de la ciudad. A poca distancia de Palace Playland y restaurantes y tiendas. Se trata de un condominio de estilo adosado de 1200 pies cuadrados, 2 dormitorios y 1 baño arriba y 1 dormitorio y baño en la planta principal. Gran cubierta con vista directa del muelle y puede ver fuegos artificiales semanales, junto con los más bellos amaneceres con vistas a Old Orchard Beach. Increíbles vistas al mar de cada ventana. Capacidad para 6 personas, 2 estacionamientos y lavandería a monedas en el lugar. Sábanas incluidas y sillas de playa siempre. Check in 3 pm y check out 10 am. 15 minutos en coche del centro comercial, parque acuático y parques de atracciones. No se permiten mascotas o se permite fumar.

Amazing place to stay

It was our first time in Old Orchard Beach and we really enjoy this condo. It was perfect for our family and very close to the beach and all the attractions! We will definitivey return to this amazing happy place

Lovely condo on the beach

The property was perfect for our family of 4. Amazing ocean views from bedrooms, living room and deck. Just took 30 secs to walk through the path onto the beach. Host was very responsive, had beach chairs and gear accessible. Kitchen appliances and bathrooms were clean and new. Overall a wonderful experience.

Wonderful!

Staying at this property was an amazing experience. The beach was so close and amazing. The condo was super clean and well taken care of. The location was within easy driving distance to Portland, Cape Elizabeth and Kennebunkport. Best of all, Melanie was amazing and thoughtful. Truly the best VRBO experience we’ve had thus far. 5 stars all around and a relaxing and restoring vacation for our family!

Perfect for small family get away!

Property is clean and the views are priceless. This was our second stay here and despite the cooler weather, the ocean view in your lap makes up for it! The 5 a.m. train whistle was new this year though. I’m an early riser, but I could see where that could be an issue for folks! 5 star place and owner!

Incredible property

My husband, daughter and my parents stayed at this property this past week and we loved it! The view and proximity to the beach was perfect. It was everything we expected and more! I fell asleep and woke up to the sound of the ocean every day! It was an easy walk to the pier and the ocean temp was surprisingly warm! My daughter loved the waves! Melanie was super nice and accommodating! I think we will be back!

The perfect beach condo

The Dube’s condo is nothing short of perfect! Extremely clean with beautiful furnishings and plenty of room for my family of 6. We loved feeling the ocean breeze blow right through the house and hearing the waves crash just outside the door. Melanie went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with snacks, drinks and even a thoughtful toy for each of my kids. One of my favorite features was the supply of beach items, chairs, tables, umbrella and boogie boards - It was so nice not to have to bring all of our stuff along with us. The proximity to downtown was perfect too, quiet but close and a great view of the fireworks.

Cozy But Beautiful Beach Condo

Although this condo had three average sized bedrooms, the kitchen, upstairs bath and living room spaces were adequate but very small. We absolutely loved the up to date decor! Everything in the condo was brand spanking new and that was a wonderful surprise for those of us who care about such things. After traveling all day, we loved walking into the condo on the first afternoon to find a wonderful array of snacks and water waiting for us! This was the best beach condo experience we have had to date!

Wonderful Place With a Great View

This oceanfront condo was a great place to stay! It had a wonderful view of the beach and was in a great location within walking distance to the pier and shops and restaurants. Only a few minor things to note: The listing describes one of the rooms as having twin bunk beds, but this was not the case. Instead, it was a Trellis bed with a pull-out mattress on the floor--not a dealbreaker, but it would've been nice to have known this ahead of time. Also, I'd recommend supplying blankets, as it was quite chilly a few nights, and there was nothing to throw on the beds or snuggle in while sitting on the couch other than an extra bedspread. Other than that, my friends and I had a lovely stay. Two bathrooms was a plus!

Didn't want to leave - just perfect in every way.

Absolutely loved this property! The location is right on the coast with an easy walk to town/the pier/shopping/restaurants. It's also 20 minutes from Portland, so easy to visit or go in for dinner. The house was well equipped, clean and while everything was comfortable the bed was simply the best - I haven't slept that well in a long time! I also appreciated the owner's responsiveness, care and special touches that made the whole process very easy. I highly recommend and really can't wait to come back and stay longer. I miss my daily walks on the beach and definitely miss the views from almost every window. The only thing to make others aware of is that the property is on the third floor and 2 of the bedrooms are up another flight of stairs. For many this is no big deal, but if you will be traveling with someone who has mobility problems, or very young or older, you should consider this.

The condo was perfect for a girls’ getaway—my sister and I. Great location. Super clean. Great view. Perfect spacing. Could not have asked for a better place. It was my sister’s first visit to OOB and she loved it. My 3rd visit; definitely coming back!

Second Stay

This was the second time our family stayed in this condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It's a clean and comfortable unit in a great location. It had everything we could need while we were there. Melanie, the owner is quick to respond to all communications. We had a minor glitch and she was very attentive and responsive when we addressed the issue with her. We can't wait till our next visit to OOB

Perfect family getaway!

My husband and I plus our 18 month old daughter stayed at Melanie’s place and had a wonderful time. The proximity to the beach/the view can’t be beat. Our favorite part was enjoying coffee and breakfast on the deck each morning. We even got up early enough to watch the sunrise one day. It is an easy walk downtown to restaurants and Palace Playland. We were also a very short drive from some great restaurants in Scarborough. Melanie’s place was very clean and more than enough space for our family. We would absolutely stay again!

Beach Bliss

This well-equipped condo was perfect for our vacation: spectacular views, comfy beds, plenty of pantry space, and a fabulous deck. The location is fabulous, out the door and on the beach, literally. Super convenient parking onsite. Melanie promptly answered our questions before our visit, so we knew exactly what to bring and what to leave at home. We loved every minute of our stay, from sunrise to moonrise over the surf!
