El castillo de arena se alquila durante todo el año. Unidad disponible en una hermosa casa de playa. Hay dos unidades; uno está ocupado por el propietario y el otro es la unidad de alquiler. Hermosa vista al mar ... a solo unos segundos para caminar a la playa. Dos habitaciones: una cama matrimonial / dos gemelas. Área de cocina / sala de estar con sofá cama. Dos pisos. Escalera de caracol. Proporcionará ropa de cama a un costo adicional (sábanas, fundas de almohadas, toallas). Lo siento, NO fumar y NO mascotas. * Durante la temporada baja hay una tarifa adicional para más de 2 personas.

Very nice, easy check in, beautiful view of the ocean, clean and very nicely furnished. Only one suggestion, great place for 4 people, 6 is a bit crowded. Overall enjoyed our week with beautiful weather, family pictures, and two birthday celebrations.

The apartment is very clean & comfortable. Best of all, there is a beautiful view of the beach & ocean from the 2nd floor. I liked that all of the rooms had ceiling fans & rotating table fans. Having our own driveway was very convenient. The fact that Sharon, the property owner, is in the building was reassuring.

The property was fine. Good condition. I slept well. Easy walk to the Pier. What I liked the least was that they don't provide anything. There was nothing to make ice. There wasn't even shampoo. We had to beg for towels in order to take a shower. We had to bring our own sheets and pillows too. For the money I paid, I expected more service.

Book for a lovely stay

Sharon is a wonderful host, always available and ready with recommendations to make sure you have the best OOB/Maine experience tailored to your wants. The condo is squeaky clean with a fully furnished kitchen for cooking if you ever (somehow) tire of the fresh seafood nearby. Lovely stay. Very hospitable host. Hope to be back soon!

Clean Cozy Spot w/ A Great Location!

This apartment was perfect for our family's long weekend visit to OOB. The location was great not only for its proximity to the beach (you can see the shore from the main window and walk there in about 2mins), but also to the pier. The walk there was only about 8mins. Also, Sharon and her husband Doug were wonderful hosts!

Anniversary weekend away ❤️

We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing weekend! The weather wasn’t great but the view from the apartment is so calming and beautiful. I have never had a more welcoming hostess! She is so kind and accommodating. We will definitely go back!

Beautiful beach house steps away from the beach. Sharon & her husband were wonderful ... I would highly recommend staying here, most everything was in walking distance as well ... nice weekend getting some R&R.

Peaceful Location

This property is amazing! You so close to beach and town! Yet it’s so peaceful! It’s has a well stocked kitchen you don’t need to bring a thing. Sharon and Doug are super friendly, helpful always there if you need anything. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family!!

Great little place steps from the beach, quick walk to the pier, but far enough away from the crowds for a peaceful stay. Home had everything we needed and our hosts were wonderful.

Perfect Beach Getaway

The home was exactly as it was described online. Not only it is steps to the beach, we left our cars parked and walked everywhere! The home is clean and the perfect size for 4-6 people. Sharon was very helpful through the entire process.

Another great place to stay!

We spent a week at The Sandcastle and loved it. Very relaxing and you can hear the waves hitting the beach at night. You are literally steps from the ocean where you can see the most beautiful sunrises. The surf was rough due to Hurricane Jose but there are plenty of nature walks in the area and you are close to other towns to do some exploring. The owners are very informative and nice. We would stay there again.

Lovely rental owned by lovely people.

We spent the entire July 4th week in Old Orchard beach. It was a great stay. The place is very clean and well-stocked and would be perfect for a small family or group. It was reasonably priced and a very close walk to the beach and the pier. I think it is far enough away from the Pier and Amusement park to allow for good sleeping, but close enough to walk to find some fun. Lots of fun to be had and the beach is beautiful. Very smooth transaction and communications. Highly recommended.

A great place to stay in Old Orchard Beach!

I cannot think of a thing that I would change! Sharon and family are great to rent from, they were available for recommendations when needed but were never intrusive. The rental unit was supplied with everything that you would need for your stay including brochures for nearby attractions. It was super clean and organized. There is so much to do within walking distance, including a walk on the beach or a trip to the Pier. We would definitely rent this unit again, a wonderful place to stay in Old Orchard Beach.

The Sandcastle is amazing. A nice, clean rental unit that is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Steps to the beach and minutes to the shops and restaurants. Our family enjoyed every minute at Old Orchard and the owners were extremely friendly and helpful. We hope to return!

The Sandcastle - a gem near the ocean!!

The owners of the Sandcastle take great pride in helping to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing by offering a clean and sweet place to stay and responding to any questions you may have! It offers all the amenities one may need in the kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms are also tidy and clean. You can sit on the second floor deck and enjoy watching and hearing the ocean with your morning coffee or open the windows to feel the ocean breeze and hear the roll of the waves. The beach is truly just steps away! A quick walk will bring you downtown to enjoy a variety of activities. Although close to downtown, the Sandcastle remains quiet and relaxing. I highly recommend the Sandcastle to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in OOB. Book a week and enjoy!!!

Beautiful Ocean View!

This is our new "go to" place when we want to get away! The owners are amazing,very friendly, and helped us find some local food spots :) The rental, which was spotless, has a fantastic view of the ocean, which takes less than a minute to walk to! Thanks again..we will see you again!
