The SeaWatch is right on the beach, away from the crowds, and a close, easy walk (0.3 mi/5 min) to the Pier and amusements.

Very well maintained property. Management immediately addressed an unfortunate event in the elevator. Minor slow drain in one of the bathrooms but not a big deal. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great Stay

We and our guests thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We hope to be back next year. The unit was light, airy and clean and had all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed the great view of the beach, which is an easy walk from the condominium.

We loved the condo and our stay.Our only issue was the check in time is listed as 2:00.we arrived at 1:00,knowing we would have to hang out a bit before getting in which was fine.Our room was not ready for us until 3:45. The cleaners didnt even begin cleaning until 2:30.

Beach Living

We loved staying at Seawatch. We spent a lot of time on the porch-having our coffee in the morning and watching the ocean in the evening. It was a short walk to the beach which worked well for our elderly aunt. It is a short walk to restaurants and stores. The beach is gorgeous and seemed endless. Would love to return some day!

Location Location Location

This condo has a incredible view of the ocean and beach. Walk right onto the beautiful beach. Close to shops and restaurants. The condo was clean and ready for us. Only minor issues: Would have been nice to have more coffee and condiments available. TV remote needed batteries. Checkout procedure was a bit of a hassle- 10am checkout and required washing/drying/folding sheets & towels. Would stay here again.

Great location

Had a wonderful time in OOB far enough from the noise near the pier but still in walking distance. The condo was breezy with excellant veiws and access to the beach. There isnt AC but the fans helped as did the cooler weather. The kitchen had what we needed for meal prep. We didnt use the pool but we saw others that did. The only issue I had was cleanliness. The main living area appeared to be cleaned minus under the sofa( we try to never look under beds and sofas as a ruke but we dropped something under the sofa) The sheets and towels and beds were ckean and made. The master tub had a very slow drain which had to have been noticed by the cleaners judging by the amount of dried soap scum. We used the main living shower but would have liked our own away from the teens. The dust bunnies on our master ceiling are very visable and began spraying our bed which wasnt great. The surfaces where poorly dusted and some just plain left out of the cleaning. For instance my bedroom side table was covered in dust. Over all we enjoyed our stay minus a few issues.

Condo at the Beach

The Condo has a beautiful view of the beach and is only a couple of blocks from the main hub. It is very comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked with all cooking essentials. If you are from out of state and want to spend time in the town and shops, be aware that most of the town shuts down by the end of September and doesn't open back up until spring.

Golfand lobster weekend

Came up for a quick golf outing. We were mostly out of the unit during the day, but the location was great and the living area space was very comfortable to hang out after a busy day.

Great stay at OOB

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. Everything you could need and more were provided. The condo was very clean and comfortable, and you can not beat the views and location! The indoor pool was a great amenity for the kiddos. We had a question during our stay and the owner responded promptly. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely return.

Great Escape

It’s always difficult to book a place to stay when you’ve never been there. Well, the description for this condo was spot on. We are a family of 4 and it was absolutely perfect. The condo is roomy, the view is incredible and it’s right on the water. It was also very quiet. We never heard any neighbors even when sitting out on the balcony. The condo supplied most of what we needed which was very helpful. We only had to buy food and shampoo/conditioner when we arrived. The kitchen has a large selection of cookware and dishes. Having the washer/dryer was also very convenient in addition to the garbage chute on our floor. The pool was even a nice addition for the children. Every part of Sea Watch was well kept and clean. The pier was a short walk from our condo which is very convenient when you have small kiddos. I would absolutely stay here again.

Very nice place!

No complaints about the rental - beautiful panoramic view, spacious, clean (even behind/under furniture) and well-equipped. Loved hearing the surf day and night, seeing the stars and watching beach-goers enjoying themselves. Management was responsive. I'd never been to Old Orchard Beach or even to Maine before so I didn't know the area. It is a population-dense area, many fun-seekers, especially with the amusement park and shops just a few blocks away but our block was quiet and felt safe enough and the neighbors in the building were sweet and friendly. I would return.

Very nice stay

This condo was perfect for our recent trip to Maine. We were there for the off season so there were not a lot of people coming and going in the building. The space was clean and it was the perfect size for our family of 3. The beach view was beautiful, and it was just a short walk to the boardwalk,

Amazing Condo

We were looking for a get away for a long weekend and what a find! This condo is beautiful, comfortable and the view is to die for. Just a short walk from the Pier and downtown it has everything you will want or need. It is well furnished with comfortable beds and furniture, and everything you would want for the kitchen and cooking. Every morning we would sit on the balcony and watch the waves and the world go by, drinking our coffee. If you are lookng for a place to relax and enjoy, this is the place for you!! We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous View

It was a few steps to the beach and plenty of space. The view is gorgeous, the beds were comfortable, and the neighbors were friendly. Even though we visited at the end of the season, we were able to find a few places open and travel to Acadia National Park for tours.
