Beachfront penthouse condo

Excellent beachfront penthouse condo - nicely decorated - glass front living and dining areas - can view the beach and sunset from a huge long balcony and sitting in the sofa in living room. endless swimming pool and very good breakfast in the morning -will definitely visit again in future for a longer time period

Girls trip

This was a wonderful property and the condo has the most amazing views. It was exactly what we were looking for and we enjoyed our stay. We were able to whale watch right from the front deck.

Amazing

This property is incredible! Harry and his staff exceeded all our needs. The condo had an amazing view of the Bay, we watched whales every morning as we had our morning coffee! Well equipped kitchen, dining room for 6, living room with Smart TV and wifi. Laundry room with detergent. Boogie boards, pool noodles and air mattress, beach towels and a large cooler were well used and appreciated. The security at the condo was exceptional, they even have ice, 5 gallon water, beer and wine available to be delivered to your unit for a reasonable price. Cheaper than home! The security personnel were very attentive. Harry was very friendly , accommodating and tended to all our needs, even installing a safe! We can’t wait for our next stay! Thank you Harry!

One Of My Favorite Vacations!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this amazing penthouse! It is perfectly located on the beach and easy access when we decided to venture into the city. The pool is heated and very clean with a convenient seating area to leave all of our pool snacks and gear. Having a private location on the beach with chair and shade allowed us to stay all day at the beach and enjoy. The property was magnificent!! Communicating with the owner and making our reservation was so easy and convenient. Upon arrival we were greeted with a beautiful welcome package and the following morning a yummy breakfast. It was very thoughtful to have a concierge that we could communicate with directly that spoke English and could help us coordinate while we were here. This is definitely a place that we will return to. We could not get enough of the breathtaking view and the cool breeze that flows through the penthouse. We will be returning!!!

Stunning views and excellent service!

We often travel to Mexico for our yearly family vacations, but this was the first time we had rented in Nuevo Vallarta, so we did not know what to expect. We were immediately impressed with the service of our host Harry. Our flight had been delayed, therefore we arrived well after the indicated check-in time, but Harry was very accommodating and waiting for us. We were able to complete the check-in with ease and once in the penthouse, we felt instantly at home. The penthouse was absolutely divine, with a lovely terrace and most spectacular view of the ocean. Amazing sunrises and sunsets! Our kids particularly enjoyed being able to spot manta rays from the terrace during the mornings. And not to mention, after such a stressful day of travel (due to our delay) we arrived at the condo only to notice that there were cold beers and fantastic wine awaiting us! A detail that does not go unnoticed, especially after a hard day of travel. The rooms were spacious and beds extremely comfortable, allowing us all the best night’s rest to jump start our vacation. Another plus was the complimentary breakfast - homemade Mexican style, which was absolutely delectable. A great boost of energy for our morning yoga routine, which we were able to do right in the penthouse on its surprisingly open upper deck. My wife and I usually have to leave our rental while on vacation to find a place zen enough for our routine, so you can imagine our surprise and utter contentment of being able to do so right in the comfort of the penthouse. Of course the chic yet traditional decor as well as the natural lighting of the upper deck really added to our Zen! Although being at the penthouse was a joy of its own, our days were quite booked with many activities as everything was within a few minutes driving distance or even a short walk. I was able to get in my rounds of golf as well as take the kids to Dolphin Adventures, which was a huge hit for them. We also discovered that the neighborhood itself has a free bus service that circles around the Nuevo Vallarta community, making it easy for us to get around. Even to reach the larger department and grocery stores that were outside of the bus route, it was only a $5 taxi ride. Overall, our experience with Harry and his lovely penthouse was excellent. We could not have asked for more – astonishing views, spacious and clean, great host and last but not least both kid and adult friendly. We will definitely return. Thank

Luxurious Condo, Ideal Location, PERFECT STAY!!

World class views, condo, and location!!!!! My sister, mother and myself stayed at this amazing condo for our annual Thanksgiving vacation, it was by far one of the best, if not THE BEST, experience we have had so far in our years of traveling to Mexico. We were welcomed by Marcela who graciously showed us around the condo. The following morning Marcela returned to cook us and amazing breakfast of chilaquiles, fresh fruit and juice. This was included in our stay and we also chose to have her come back and cook us dinner twice. Her tacos were AMAZiNG! The pool scene is breath taking!! Very tranquil and peaceful and comfortable. It is like we had the whole pool to ourselves because there was no more than 3 other couples at the pool on any given day. The staff on the property were friendly and accommodating and we felt very safe at all times. The beach is literally steps away from the pool! This condo has a private rooftop was great for sunsets and workouts! Harry was very helpful and accommodating and very easy to contact. We will definitely be planning a trip back in the year and highly recommend this condo. Thank you Harry for opening up your beautiful condo to our family, it truly was an experience we will remember for a lifetime.

Amazing view from this penthouse suite.

Our family normally goes to all inclusives but this place was awesome. We travelled with our 3 kids and there grandparents and there was lots of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. I arranged transportation from the airport and they stopped at Walmart for us to load up on groceries. When we got to the Condo the security guards helped us bring everything up to the room. We were unpacked and in the pool in no time. It was great to be right on the beach as the kids loved being able to go in the pool for a bit and then back to the beach for some more bogey boarding. Having a designated area on the beach with lounger chairs was great. We set up there in the morning and soaked up the sun all day. The beach’s are very clean and you could walk for miles if you like. For meal times we enjoyed using the bbq and there were restaurants near by, 5min cab ride would get you to a number of good ones. It was a great trip and we miss those epic sunsets already!
