Especiales de septiembre! Pasos a la playa y piscina privada en el suelo!

Anthony, we are so glad that you all enjoyed your stay at our beach home, it's location, private pool and cleanliness! Our property pictures and description are honestly listed and we have many families, including our own, with 5 and 6 members that return to our beach house year after year because of all it has to offer! Unfortunately, we cannot control taxes and fees that added to the cost of your reservation, but please know that we are the closest and most affordable home to the beach that has a full size private pool with on-site parking for multiple cars, a grass yard area including a large patio with outdoor seating and gas grill as well as a full outdoor enclosed and roofed shower with changing area. We thank you for acknowledging the cleanliness of our home as well as our attentiveness to our guests as that is so important to us! Again, we thank you for choosing our wonderful beach home!

Thank you, Kathleen! It was our pleasure to meet you and host your family for the week! So glad we were able to assist when your car battery went dead.

Nice to hear that you and your family enjoyed their stay at our home!

We are glad you enjoyed so many of the things to do within waking distance of the home as well as the private pool. It was our pleasure to host your family!

So glad you enjoyed your stay! Thanks for being so respectful and please know that we would love to host you again sometime this summer! Be well!!

We appreciate the kind words, Elizabeth, as we do work very hard to provide our families with a clean, comfortable home! We're glad you were able to take advantage of the excellent location and proximity to everything - never really needing to move the car! We are sorry to just now learn about the rude pedestrians, please know that Point Pleasant Beach Police has a zero tolerance policy when it comes to the noise ordinance, always call them or us directly and it would have been addressed immediately!

We're glad you enjoyed the home and we agree it's got a perfect location! Cleanliness is a top priority for us and we appreciate your labeling it 'immaculate'. Look forward to hosting you and the family next season!

Thank you, Chris, for the kind words. It was our pleasure to host you and your family! You were an absolutely wonderful, clean, courteous and respectful family, leaving the home immaculate and treating it as if it was your own! So glad to hear you are thinking about returning next year, it would be our pleasure! Any homeowner would be fortunate to have you stay at their vacation home! So glad to hear your son enjoyed so many of the nearby boardwalk activities as well as the pool - it is so refreshing to come home and swim right in your backyard after hours at the beach or boardwalk! Theresa and Steve

Dave and Elaine, it was our pleasure to host your family for the week and are so glad to learn you enjoyed your stay as well as all there is to do in Point Pleasant Beach within walking distance of our home! You never have to move your car! Hope you got to try the free trolley that takes you all around town! We do work very hard to provide our families a very clean, well taken care of home upon their arrival. Thanks for noticing! We hope to see you again next year! Be well! Theresa and Steve

Manny, thank you for the kind words about our property! It's nice to hear that it's even better in person! The location is great and we are happy that your family enjoyed so many things that are within walking distance! We look forward to you staying again at the end of the summer as well as next year!

Thanks, James! We are so glad to hear that your family had a great time at our beach/pool home and we look forward to hosting you again in the future!
