Paradise Condominium está ubicado justo en una playa de arena con
Impresionantes vistas y abastecido con todas las comodidades del hogar. Se encuentra en un complejo nuevo pero pequeño (solo 12 unidades), tiene tres habitaciones (dos con hermosas vistas al mar) y dos baños completos. Disfrute relajándose en su patio envolvente, descansando junto a la piscina en la cubierta recientemente ampliada, escuchando el océano o viendo pasar los cruceros.

El condominio es uno de los pocos en la isla con su propia arena.
playa. Está situado entre el parque Chankanaab al sur y el Playa Uvas Beach Club en el lado norte. Ambos están literalmente a solo unos metros de distancia. Las Tortugas está justo al lado y ofrece deliciosas comidas para que nunca tengas que ir muy lejos para comer.

Tienes snorkel de clase mundial ¡JUSTO DE NUESTRA PLAYA! No es necesario alquilar equipo de snorkel, ¡todo está ahí para ti en el condominio!

The host was great and the location was good but they could use a dehumidifier. I have a mold allergy and so does my daughter and when we opened the door the moldy musty smell just poured out. Once fans and AC units got going it mostly went away. The granite counter is being eaten by the salt that encrusts the ceramic water jug. There is a lot of deferred maintenance that needs to be done.

Family Vacation

This was our first trip to Cozumel, the condo was clean, comfortable and had everything needed. Alex was able to put us in touch when a private fishing guide as well as a private scuba diving/snorkeling tour, both were awesome!! and reasonability priced. Both were the highlight of our trip!Would recommend Paradise Condo :)

Our experience

Nice property. No contact from property manager when we arrived. Late in our stay advised we would have maid service that day, but no one showed up. Would have liked out door grill!

Beautiful

We visited Cozumel Feb 15 to 25 2025. The condo has everything you need and feels safe and very clean. Alex and Genny were great and responded immediately if needed. The outside area is beautiful and well taken care of, would rent this again. Thanks Genny and Alex

Nice Location

The property is beautiful and pretty quiet. During the day you can hear the beach clubs, but it quiets down after 5pm. The location is away from the tourist areas and the snorkeling is awesome. We saw all kinds of sea life and enjoyed the quiet evenings. The communication with the property manager was great when we first arrived, but trailed off later in the week. I did have issues with the safe and had to text and call to get it resolved. I do realize that it was during Carnival, so that could explain the delays. That was the only issue we had. All in all it was a great facility in a very nice location.

Great stay again

Our second time here. We will come again. Great pool and snorkeling right at our beach. Condo is great. If you plan to cook bring salt pepper oil aluminum foil etc as there is none. I would recommend touring the far side of the island. There are amazing beaches that aren't busy.

Great location, great condo but listing a little inaccurate

We loved staying at Paradise Condos, it was clean, quiet and had an amazing snorkeling beach. Our only issues were that the listing was inaccurate. There isn’t a dishwasher, hot tub or bbq/grill. Definitely could also use warmer lighting as we found it off putting. The humidity is intense and we often needed the AC unit to dehumidify. I would stay here again regardless and we had a lovely time. Alex was very communicative and quick to solve our water issues.

Relaxing, quiet and great location

We really enjoyed our stay. Good snorkeling especially for beginners. Beach bar next door was convenient for a quick bite, they also do takeout. Condo was clean and comfortable, we enjoyed the rooftop patio. Property was very quiet. The only problem we had was with water to our unit. Alex got that sorted out except for the hot water in the kitchen. But I’m sure that will be fixed soon. Highly recommend Paradise Condos.

Lovely, modern, Cozumel condo.

Everything was almost perfect! We loved staying in this quaint setting just outside of town, but close enough to go to town for eating and shopping. Beautiful surroundings! Loved seeing the ocean from our unit. And the beach just steps away. Beach bars next door for beach service. Snorkeling and jet ski rentals. Washer and dryer were a plus. Also complimentary housekeeping 2 times. Also excellent AC. Would definitely love to come back.

Look no further

If this property is available then book it. Great owner, great property management, great location, wonderful amenities, and the property has everything you need. We had 3 generations and it was perfect for all ages. Also, located next to the Tortugas Beach Club with a dock for all of your food and activity needs. Will definitely be back.

Great Condo and location...

We have traveled to Cozumel many times and really love the location and amenities Paradise Condos has to offer. In addition, Genny's condo was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. Communication with her and her host was always very quick and efficient. Would definitely stay there again.

Family trip to Cozumel

We had a great time at 1B! It was a wonderful location. It was a 15 minute cab ride to town and it was conveniently located between 2 restaurants and bars. The condo was beautifully cleaned twice and Alex responded quickly with questions. Thanks for helping our family vacation go so smoothly!!

Great place to relax while still close to town

We had a great time during our stay here. The unit had everything you need to have a quite and relaxing stay. But at the same time was close enough to everything that it was not difficult to get around. We rented a car, which by no means is a requirement, you could easily take taxis everywhere and it would be approximately the same price, will less driving stress. The property manager Alex connected us with an in house chef (a must do) and also a discover scuba trip (also amazing) where we were able to experience the reef up close and personal. If we do Cozumel again, this would be our first choice to stay at.

Great condo and location!

The condo is very nice and as described. It had everything we needed for a week stay. The communication with Genny during booking and with Alex once in Cozumel was great. They made everything easy. Alex set up a fishing trip for us and Karla to come in and cook. The food was amazing and very reasonably priced. The condo was clean and the two house keeping visits were a nice addition. The property was clean and kept up daily by staff. The pool and ocean were just steps away. Snorkeling out in front of the condo was excellent, plenty to see. Tortugas next door was just steps away for food and drinks. Make sure you find Beto and set up a tab. He will check on you while your at the pool or beach and deliver drinks. Overall it was an excellent location and property. It is out of town and very quiet. We felt very safe at the condo and surrounding area. I would recommend it to anyone.

Paradise found!

We had 5 of us and this was perfect for us. Cooked some meals - enjoyed the pool and the beach. Great sunset watching each night. Highly recommended - clean - midweek reclean awesome. We arranged massages through our host - best massages we've ever had in Mexico.

Fantastic

Was there for 5 nights. The condo was spectacular. Its an older complex but well kept. Place has newer appliances. Wifi and AC were excellent. Just steps from a smallish but nice pool. Alex, our host, arranged an in house chef and a scooter dropped off and picked up from condo. Beto at Tortugas next door was also awesome. Kept a tab there (18 USD for 5 beer)and allowed kids to use aquatic park, SUP, kayak at no cost. Snorkeling out front (better in front of Uvas next door) was outstanding...saw Eagle rays, octopus, starfish, eels and a wide mix of fish. Very quiet place if thats what youre looking for. As others mentioned, good to have a car or scooter but cab to ferry was 150 pesos. PS...paying in pesos a better deal everywhere. Cant wait to come again.

Great Condo with great neighbors

We loved the condo. We all had a great time. 3 of us were divers and 3 weren't. We all did something we enjoyed all week. Housekeeper was superb. Alex was always in touch with us and helped us with a few outings.

Beautiful condo, best location!

A clean, quiet condo, looked exactly like the pics. Beautiful outdoor views of the pool and beach. The location is in a quieter area, away from the louder downtown area. There are a few places to walk to, bars and such, but a rental car would be helpful for this location. The space offers privacy as we stayed with our friends, and we each had plenty of room and still had privacy. Genny and Alex are great in answering any questions or concerns. Both of them got back yo us immediately upon reaching out. The beach is small, but the views are great. Getting into the water is a bit challenging due to the large rocks, but we saw that as being common in Cozumel. There’s a lot to do in the area. Be sure to check out the Money Bar which is exceptional for food and drink, hanging out, and there’s often a live band. We would highly recommend this condo and Cozumel in general!

Truly paradise. Beautiful stay. Small condo community with great neighbors both renters and owners. Alex the property manager was responsive to all our questions and needs. Tortugas arranged to cook the fish we caught on Fishing with Pedro. They cooked for us two times. We spear fished and took surfing lessons with Nacho. Parasailing, jet ski rentals next door. Our trip was amazing! My only suggestion would to add a couple of chairs for the porch. If you have 6 people there are only 4 chairs outdoors.

Nice, Quiet, Clean and Convenient

Great spot to actually relax. Lots of little extras made our stay much better. I was worried that Tortuga's beach bar next door might be noisy late into the night, but they weren't. My only suggestion would be to get a rental car for convenient access to the city and more remote areas of the island.

We fell in love with the beautiful water and the people of the island. The condo is one of the few on the island with a beach and easy water access.

This is a perfect location because it's close to town but not in town! Away from cruise ship crowds and noise. Our location is right on the beach with a restaurant next door for a quick meal when needed. Massage and day trips right next door to enjoy!

We have a small group of owners at our complex that watch out for each other and won't let any craziness happen with renters.
