¡Disfruta de todas las comodidades del hogar en este complejo privado y tranquilo a solo 1 milla de la playa! Super limpio y meticulosamente cuidado.

Esta unidad durante todo el año es todo el primer piso sobre el garaje. El condominio incluye muebles nuevos, cocina totalmente equipada, baño completo con ducha y amplia terraza. Este condominio de dos habitaciones cuenta con aire acondicionado central, calefacción, lavadora / secadora, garaje de gran tamaño, ventiladores de techo, TV por cable y Wi-Fi.

Para su comodidad, se proporcionan sábanas, sillas de playa y un carrito de playa. Los huéspedes tendrán acceso a la piscina climatizada al aire libre de agua salada, a la casa club con sala de juegos y al gimnasio. Dos bicicletas para adultos disponibles en el garaje para su uso.

Excelente ubicacion! Varias paradas de tranvía están muy cerca para que pueda caminar o tomar el tranvía hasta la playa y otros favoritos locales. Trolley funciona estacionalmente a fines de junio hasta septiembre. Consulte su sitio web para obtener información específica.

Great stay!

This property was really perfect for our family! Cozy but not too small, and having the cable TV option was great to keep the kids entertained while we packed up for the beach! This condo is in great location, quiet, and private. Their beach carts were a life saver! We would definitely stay here again :)

Beautiful and quiet place

It is a nice place to stay in Wells. All the comfort you want. A beautiful swimming pool and the beach is near with a public free parking. We loved it.

Convenient condo near beaches

Well decorated and well equipped condo provides great base for exploring area. Really appreciated the bikes, beach chairs, and board games. Kids loved the heated salt water pool.

Best location

Well appointed codon, best location for easy access to Ogunquit, Kennebunkport, Portland and more! Owners very responsive to inquiries. Great beaches right here! Condo comes with beach chairs and buggy, along with bikes and grill. Great value and a great part of Maine to visit.

Great stay!

I met my friend for a girls weekend. This condo was perfect for the two of us. It was in a nice quiet location, but still close to the beach, restaurants, etc. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. Any questions I had were answered quickly by the owners. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay even though not by beach but close enough to walk if needed or ride one of provided bikes. This place had everything! Bikes, chairs and beach cart. All the amenities needed. Loved our stay!

Love this place!

We’re repeat visitors to Barefoot Cottages. This condo was equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen and the provided linens was a huge bonus! Nice quiet area, with great access to many points in Maine. My kids love the clubhouse and pool that are available at this site as well. Communication with the owner regarding the property was easy and quick. Highly recommend!

The condo was exactly as described it was so private which was great. It was close to everything the beach was right down the street. If you had any questions Amy got back to you right away. We will definitely rent the condo again. Trish & Rob

Comfortable & updated unit in a perfect location

I have been in the area for work and stayed in another unit in the same community so I was thrilled when I found this unit available. The community is perfectly located, quiet and well maintained. This unit is extremely private and nicely updated. I loved their blown-glass style pendants in the kitchen (with dimmers!). The king mattress is heavenly!

Exactly as advertised

The condo was very clean and well equipped, as well as being very conveniently located. Communication with the hosts was easy and they were very responsive. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and cookware, making it easy for us to prepare meals. Beds were reasonably comfortable, but the king mattress in the master bedroom may need to be replaced before too long as the support is best in the middle. Overall, we would highly recommend Chuck and Amy’s condo.

The Best Place Ever

I was so impressed! Your property was exactly as advertised. This was our first vacation in 3 years, and bringing my partner's daughter and 16 year old great granddaughter was better than expected! I have shared my experience with friends and my adult children. If you still have this available later this summer I would love to come again. We definitely will return next year! Thank You!

Merveilleux séjour

La location est idéale pour profiter de la plage a Wells. L’appartement est très propre et bien localisé. Le supermarché est situé juste en face, ce qui est très pratique quand on veut manger à la maison. Nous avons accès a du matériel de plage, chaises et chariot de plage, ce que nous avons grandement apprécié pour profiter de nos journées à la plage. Je recommande cette location et j’y reviendrai à coup sur!! Caroline

We’ll equipped unit. Nice workout room and pool in the complex. Beach is just down the street but it’s probably a little over a mile and there isn’t a sidewalk for part of it. Wells was a good location between Ogunquit and Kennebunkport but quieter than those 2 towns which we appreciated

We are hard working professionals who enjoy relaxing when possible. We both recall some of our fondest memories with family and friends revolving around vacations at the beach.
We have traveled all over and have found what we enjoy most is a beach community. We have finally found the perfect combination of proximity to the beach, great restaurants and attractions, and a welcoming community. We have found that here are Barefoot Cottages and want to share that with others.

Wells Beach is just 1 mile away. This spacious townhouse offers gleaming wood floors, open living space, 2 bedrooms, tray ceiling, spacious walk-in shower and other exquisite features. Huge garage, room for 2 small cars or use for storage. Central AC, deck.
