La casa de huéspedes de Greenpeace, esta absolutamente adorable de un dormitorio, un año y medio baño de casa de la playa se encuentra en el corazón de Mar. Gran vista del Golfo de México, a pocos pasos del centro de la Ciudad de la playa. Esta encantadora casa de campo es un favorito de las parejas y familias pequeñas. Fácil acceso a la playa, a sólo unos pasos hacia abajo camino con cerca blanca a la victoria fácil frente al golfo.
Casa está muy bien equipada, TV de pantalla plana con construido en el reproductor de DVD en la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal que tiene una cama de matrimonio y preciosa vista al mar. En la planta baja tiene un nuevo sofá cama que se convierte en una cama doble, ideal si necesita un área adicional para dormir. Balcón de la habitación principal para disfrutar de la vista del golfo y la brisa. baño completo arriba con bañera / ducha, y un medio baño abajo. Cocina totalmente equipada, incluyendo lavadora y secadora. El suelo de bambú a lo largo. Casa también tiene una ducha al aire libre caliente y fría.


* De sábado a sábado, se requiere un mínimo de siete noches durante las vacaciones de primavera y el verano.

Best beach house I’ve stayed in!

Greenback Cottage

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay. Location is great. Cottage was as described. Helpful staff checked in a couple of times to make sure all was ok. You could improve the TP and Paper Towels. For a high end rental, those items were kinda embarrassing.

Convenient location

My wife and I along with our 6lb chihuahua had a nice stay here at Greenback. The reason I rated 4-star on Cleanliness was simply because of the living room rug. An inexpensive replacement, but was clear previous pet owners didn’t have well trained pets. That’s expected but again an inexpensive fix, change it after several stays. The reason for the overall stay at 4-stars was the humidity inside was 78%!! The management was great and responded quickly with a dehumidifier which helped but only got it down to around 63 or so. I can’t say enough positive things about the management group, very nice, very helpful and quick to respond. They really made the difference.

Perfect for my wifes birthday retreat.

The restaurants, food, and service were all very good. Been going to Seaside over the years and it has not failed us yet! The crowds were manageable and we felt safe and comfortable where ever we walked. The property management team was there to help and assist, a good group of folks. Thanks to everyone for an enjoyable week!(p.s. we had to replace the vehicle battery and property management directed us to a reliable and quick shop just a few miles away)

We enjoyed the location, convenient to the beach and Seaside town center. We enjoyed having access to two complementary bikes, and the welcome tote with beach towels and bottle of wine was very nice. We really appreciated having on-site management through Homeowners Collection, and they even stopped by after we checked in to be sure everything was OK. We also appreciated a social that they provided with complementary beverages, small bites and live music . Overall a wonderful experience. Again, just be aware that Greenback is pretty small and cozy. We especially enjoyed spending some relaxing time on the front porch in the Adirondack chaires

Cozy stay and close to the beach

Greenback was the perfect cozy place for a 3-night stay at Seaside. Conveniently located across from the beach (passes to the private beach included in stay) and in a vacation rental community, the bungalow-type guest house was perfect for a short stay (2 adults and a dog; anything longer than a few days would have required a bigger space, in my opinion). Vacation rental management company was very communicative and available over the course of our stay. Walkable to restaurants and shops in Seaside

It was pet-friendly, which was a big plus for us. It was clean, although it appears to be a bit dated due to the amount of rust on bathroom fixtures, vents, etc. The location is great and beach access is very convenient. The only hang-up was parking confusion with guests staying in the main house, Greenpeace, as they said they were told they could park in spot on the street, leaving us without a parking space. The signs on the fence seem to be clear but we're just not sure if the folks who stayed in Greenpeace were clear on where they could park their 2 vehicles.

Perfect for Couple & Small Dog

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is awesome, close to everything. Beach access & town center steps away. Fairly quiet and private, tucked away. Very clean. We had an issue first night with tree limbs scraping metal roof and making noise. We called and next morning entire property was trimmed up! We had another minor issue but that also was handled quickly. We highly recommend this property to couples with small dog, plenty of room. We will probably book it again. Being so close we enjoyed restaurants, coffee & of course Modica Market. Weather was perfect so we pretty much just stayed on beach.

They sent all the check in information well ahead of our arrival, had gifts for us (a cool beach bag, towels, coffee, wine) and even brought cookies the next day as they checked to see if we were settled in. The house was very clean and well organized for us and a perfect location in Seaside (steps to the beach and the town).
