Casa de invitados a "Amazing Grace", "How Sweet" se pueden alquilar juntos o por separado. Esta cabaña de un dormitorio ofrece una hermosa suite principal king en el nivel principal con baño de mármol (solo ducha) y puerta de granero para mayor privacidad. Una escalera de caracol lo lleva arriba a una hermosa cocina COMPLETA de acero inoxidable completa con refrigerador, estufa, horno, lavavajillas y microondas. Comedor comedor para 2, una sala de estar abierta con sofá cama, TV de pantalla plana y medio baño completan el piso de arriba.

Los balcones de arriba ofrecen vistas de la ciudad costera y los pasillos hacia y desde la cabaña facilitan el acceso a la playa, ¡ya que usted está a solo 1 cabaña de la playa!

I took my stepdaughter for her 10th birthday. This home was perfect. We parked our car and were able to walk to EVERYTHING... shops, food, city center, the beach... everything we wanted to do was a stone's throw away. We used the bikes to go to Grayton to explore and eat and to go all around Seaside too. The house was the perfect size for us as we spent most of the days out exploring or on the beach. And the evenings, we sat on the porch or cozied up on the couch watching movies. The bed was comfortable. The one time we had to call the property management, it was after hours, and they responded promptly. This is a perfect place for a couple or a mother daughter duo. We will come back again.

Across the street from the gate to the beach. Perfect size for a couple. Enjoyed the cruising bikes.

The area was great, and the property was very cute. However, there were lots of things that needed to be updated When we walked in, there was a large roach crawling upstairs. We were also charged a large cleaning fee even though we had to do a lot of cleaning upon departure. Also, there were a lot of overgrown vines outside the deck to the front door and broken lights in the ground, so my wife tripped on a broken light and fell in the dark because she couldn't see.

How Sweet carriage house

Perfect place for a couple that doesn’t require much room to stay that is easily walkable to restaurants/food trucks and shopping.

We were not clear about the circular staircase: my husband is 83 ! Towel hook torn out of the wall, knobs on vanity missing . Air Filter in bedroom was beyond dirty. Air conditioning was impossible to adjust: warm upstairs and sub zero downstairs. Door to the balcony did not lock .

Great stay

We stayed for 4 nights, and the house had everything we needed/wanted and it was SO close to both town center and the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the fixtures were all nice/new. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

This tiny home was very cute and clean. Our only issues were we didn't understand that the house was behind the main house and didn't have its own driveway. We had to park on the street under a tree that's limbs hit the top of our 4x4 truck. We also had to navigate all of our belongings down the main driveway past the main house occupants SUV which was no fun.

Honeymoon Get Away

My Husband and I went here on our honeymoon and it was nothing short of perfect! We stayed in a cute one bedroom house that was just a short walk to the beach and the heart of seaside! We can't recommend it enough!

Beautiful, convenient little cottage in Seaside.

Great cottage & location. Jamie helped so much with arrangements and follow up. Walking distance with great little trails within the neighborhood.

Amazing!!

How Sweet is a great little cottage. It is in the perfect location for easy beach access and shopping and food. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. We absolutely loved our stay. We will be back. Highly recommend this cottage and Sandpiper is so helpful and friendly. Thanks for a great little getaway.

Great little beach house!

This was an adorable property that was immaculate!!! Everything was nice and new and we really enjoyed our stay!! Great location also! Negative-didn’t realize we would be SO close to our neighbors. Also, needed bedding for the pull out with a cozy comforter that fit it. Other than than it was a beautiful place! Would definitely recommend!

Great location.. sweet home.

The house was very well located and cute. We were not told the lap pool Was under construction and paid for the fee to use the pools but were unable to. The management was efficient but overbearing with texts reminding us of rules/expectations. They may be used to renters who don’t adhere to them. Regardless we loved the area and the use of the bikes and would go back!

Perfect location

Everything was great. Only 2 suggestions…..there really should be coffee filters available in the house for the coffee pot, bought coffee after seeing the pot but there were no filters. The TV basically can’t be used unless you sign in on your own account from home which is annoying.

Definitely Sweet

We had an amazing week at How Sweet. It was definitely Sweet. It looks exactly like the picture s which was a plus. Location, location, location was the best. It was clean, easy to check into and out of. We had just enough room to sleep and get ready for the beach. We will definitely consider renting again next time we return to Seaside.

Darling house in the best location

I choose this property specifically for the incredible location right off 30a, across from the beach access and if course in the absolute heart of Seaside and I couldn't have been more pleased. What a dream spot for our short trip. The house itself is small but mighty. The finishes are all new and very nicely done. There's not lots of extra space here but it's laid out well and the spaces are just the right size when they need to be (bathroom, kitchen, king sized bed). I wished there was better outdoor sitting options but otherwise it was perfect.

Quaint Modern Guest House

We started out by not being able to access the app that had all the information for check in. It kept saying no internet even when we went to a restaurant with internet. We left 3 messages on the emergency # and nobody ever called us back. Thankfully the internet issue resolved itself and we could get the check in information. Everything was clean when we arrived except for the sofa had a couple of stains on it. The covers needed to be washed. The unit itself was just as pictured and was very close to everything in Seaside and Watercolor to walk to. Having the bikes there to use was nice. The place is very small so it really is only doable for a few days which was perfect for us. I agree with previous review, a TV downstairs in the master bedroom would be a good idea. I would stay there again for a long weekend. I just hope the management company sees this and will respond when people call.

Perfect wedding anniversary getaway

We had a wonderful time in seaside at How Sweet. The house was perfect for my husband and myself! We loved how functional the small space was! The only issue we had was the tv upstairs. We would be in the middle of a show and it would freeze. So we would have to restart the tv. This happened a few times. Was not a big issue for us because we spent most of our time at the beach or we streamed on our devices and the wifi for our devices worked great. Also, it would be nice if there was a blind or if the glass was frosted on the door for privacy. The last thing was the shower handle. It took us awhile to figure out the hot water. We kept turning and turning the handle and finally got it hot. So we just pushed it in to turn the shower off and then to turn it on just pulled the handle straight out and didn’t turn it anymore. The location of the house is great! Easy access to the beach, great location for the town. The bikes were nice also. Very clean. Kitchen had all we needed. We would love to stay here again!

Cottage was ok but Construction created an unpleasant trip

Stayed in April 23. I am puzzled as to why you rent a cottage at the same time you have active construction on the property. I stepped on a roofing nail which went through my flipflop into my foot. This ruined the remainder of my trip. The cottage was just ok. The problem was the construction. I question why anyone would rent this cottage with ongoing construction on the property simultaneously with rental. The only way to get your luggage etc to the unit is on the 30A sidewalk, then down the trail, etc. By the time you reach the unit your luggage is covered in sand dust. Not at all convenient. If you leave your parking spot during the day…..every time you return you have to request the contractor to move out of the parking spot. You cannot sit outside on the balcony. I dreamed of enjoying coffee on the balcony. But construction workers everywhere . So no privacy and the noise is unpleasant. Also there is no place to sit downstairs— inside or out. The listing states”Located 1 house up from the beach in SEASIDE, FL “- this is not true. It is 2 houses including a street to cross. The listing states “Balconies upstairs offer Seaside town views “—— The balcony offer a somewhat obstructed view of 30a.

It was small but perfect for my husband and I. The king bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The decor was very pretty. The location was fantastic! Private beach entrance right across the street. The town square was almost directly behind us, maybe a 2 minute walk for both. Plenty of food/bars/shops right there. Modica market had delicious sandwiches and coffee/tea. Would highly recommend.
