Tenemos un Hale increíble para su escapada de paraíso tropical. Este limpio, pintoresco, escapada tropical está en la ubicación perfecta para explorar el lado este de Hawai. Si usted disfruta de senderismo, exploración del volcán, cataratas, buceo, kayak, o lo que nunca disfrute, este Hale es el lugar perfecto para regresar a casa para relajarse, barbacoa, y descansar de un día de explorar todo lo que la isla grande tiene para ofrecer. Ofrecemos una cocina completa, barbacoa, lavadora y secadora, 1 habitación King, 1 habitación Queen, 1 baño completo con medio baño en la sala de lavandería en el Carport. Y estamos encantados de ofrecer una nueva ducha al aire libre también. La propiedad se encuentra en casi un 1/4 acre de plantas tropicales, palmeras, aguacates y plátanos. La casa se encuentra detrás de la calle. Está a sólo 7 cuadras del océano aprox. 1/4 de milla. Explore la ciudad de Pahoa con muy buenos restaurantes, un mercado de agricultores todos los domingos, Malama Grocery Store, y gasolinera a sólo 6 kilómetros de distancia. Tenemos una estancia mínima de 3 noches, estancia máxima de 14 días.

Nuestra zona es muy pintoresco, tropical, antiguo tradicional Hawai. No esperes Waikiki o incluso Kailua-Kona. Hay hermosos paseos a las playas de Black Sands, ropa opcional en Kahena Beach y Wednesday Night Uncle Roberts.

Hilo tiene muchos buenos restaurantes. Playa de Richardson en Hilo es ideal para bucear y Onekahakaha playa es ideal para familias, incluyendo niños pequeños. Coconut Island es de visita obligada. Este lado de la isla tiene un paisaje precioso y gente amable con el espíritu de Aloha!

Family vacation

We loved our stay. It was myself and my two twenty something kids. The house is clean and comfortable. WiFi connectivity was great and I was able to work when I needed. We enjoyed eating in Pāhoa village and the locals were friendly.

Peaceful and homey

This was such a fantastic place to call home for four nights. Super clean, very responsive host, clear instructions. Everything we could need was there (including ear plugs for the frogs at night!). The lanai out front was a great spot to bird watch and enjoy the beautiful flowering trees. Very quiet neighborhood very close to the ocean and convenient for many places including Hilo, Paho'a, and beyond. We would absolutely stay again.

Spring visit

we came here with our daughter and her husband. very quiet and peaceful. experience was very nice. true Hawaii feel. the birds were great. The house is located in a dense rain forest area. toured the volcano national park and took a helicopter ride.

Perfect Island Experience

Check in process was smooth. We had everything we needed. Lots of bugs out so we we’re making sure they don’t get in. Roosters did get loud in the early morning but nothing too annoying, it was actually fun to hear them. Used the grill and stove, made a few amazing Hawaiian meals.

Tranquility until dawn

We loved the quiet location. Having grown up in rural/farm location; we got used to the rooster wake up calls! The home was well appointed and very comfortable! We all had some negotiating to do with tv remote, but totally enjoyed our stay! Thank you Jerry! Yes we will be back! Dave

Great escape

I have nothing but positive things to say about the property or the owner. Perfect spot on the Hilo side of the island. Not too far from downtown Hilo. Check in was super easy. The house was clean and gorgeous. Jerry was very responsive. My wife and I enjoyed the area. It was a nice break from the city.

Loved the outdoor shower

We enjoyed the place very much and the outdoor shower was our favorite part. There is no A/C, but there are lots of fans and we found the evenings to be quite pleasant. If you like to sleep in, you may want to put in earplugs because there was a rooster there who woke up at around 4:30am and with the windows open for air movement he'll wake you right up!

Pahoa our home away from home

.2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath with laundry room and carport for vehicle has all the amenities of home. Everything in the kitchen to make your meals is there. The place is clean and well-maintained. We love the front porch deck. Thank you so much for the air plugs as the roosters first night we’re alarming!

Absolutely wonderful

As soon as we pulled into the driveway we felt like we were in paradise. Everything inside was wonderful and my sister REALLY LOVED the outside shower. Better then expected!

The house has been recently renovated is very clean, in a private setting with good neighbors and a yard with mature trees that has taken years to develop, the photos do not do it justice. Nothing to complain about, you can't complain about chickens and frogs in Pahoa. Alicia was remarkably responsive and we will try to stay here the next time we come to Hawaii. Thanks Harry Buchea

Really wasn't a good fit for us.

There were lots of bugs in the bathroom which was very odd. The Nanny and my youngest were really freaked out by them. The roosters were annoying for everyone with their crowing during the wee hours. Otherwise the property was in good condition.

We stayed here one week and every das WE founded a New goal. Seen the green and black sandbeach, different waterfalls like Rainbow and Akaka. Swim in tide and river pots. Made a helicopter flight over the active vulcan. Hiked on trails closed to Mauna Kea Visiter Center. VISIT Hilo with the cocotnut Island. The sky looked red in the night . This vacation we will not forgot.

Home Sweet Home

Our plan was to arrive before sunset but due to a delay getting our rental car we arrived at dusk. The homeowner did offer to leave a light on but we opted out. Good thing we had a flashlight with us. The access instructions were detailed and we were soon in. The house shows pride of ownership and we had everything we needed in good working condition. Loved that the WIFI was fast and reliable. The homeowners responded to all our questions very quickly. It was lovely to be away from the hustle and bustle of a tourist area. We felt comfortable and at home during our entire stay.

Clean Cute cottage

Thank you for the wonderful stay. Seems like a home. Affordable Clean Cute cottage. Refreshing to walk to ocean Park. I would stay here again. I will Recommend.

Jerry owns a limousine company in Santa Rosa. I bought my little home away from home because I absolutely love Hawaii and especially The Big Island. I hope to one day retire there. I love the ocean and outdoors. Scuba diving and snorkeling are my favorite activities while there. But the Big Island has so much more to offer for those that love exploring, hiking, fishing, volcanoes or just relaxing on the beach.

If you want to explore the East side of The Big Island, then this is the place for you. It is half way between Hilo and Volcano National Park and very close to the best beaches and snorkeling on the East side.
