¡Bienvenido a Kai Malie, una maravillosa casa de vacaciones! Esta cómoda casa está ubicada en el lado este de la Isla Grande. ¡Despiértate, toma tu café y camina 10 minutos hasta 2 parques frente al mar para ver el amanecer y las ballenas!

Hay un montón de aventuras cercanas. Dirígete a la pintoresca ciudad de Pahoa, donde encontrarás excelentes restaurantes y tiendas con mucho espíritu aloha.

Parque Nacional Volcán es de 42 millas de distancia. Planea pasar un día explorando.

Viaje a Hilo por cascadas como Rainbow, Akaka y Peepee. Visite el Museo del Tsunami del Pacífico, la Casa de la Misión Lyman, el Centro de Astronomía Imiloa. Vea lo que se muestra en el teatro del palacio. Recoge productos frescos, artesanías y recuerdos en el mercado de agricultores de Hilo. También hay un campo de golf en Hilo y varias playas para nadar. Visite la playa de Richardson, la isla del coco y los hermosos jardines de la reina Liliuokalani.

¡Viaja por la costa de Hamakua al mirador del valle de Waipio y asegúrate de detenerte en la ciudad de Honokaa para recoger artículos especiales hechos en Hawai y, por supuesto, rasurar hielo!

The house was just as advertised. We were pleasantly surprised that there were condiments and other household items available which cut down the cost for our own meal prep. I left some items for the next guests as a courtesy. There were plenty of towels and toiletries although we ran out of toilet paper and ended up using the kleenex boxes in the home. We lost power for just a few hours due to the ongoing storm but overall, I would rent again. Thank you! Lisa

The host called about 2 minutes after we arrived because we were delayed and she was concerned that everything was okay. The property was surrounded on 3 sides with rainforest with a paved road in front - seclusion without being isolated with neighbors just beyond the lush growth. the home itself was very comfortable with tasteful decor without being overdone, nothing to trip over or knock over. Listening to the coqui frogs through the night was a treat. We enjoyed the sound of the waves also. We would do it all over again.

We enjoyed Kai Malie, walking the neighborhood was both relaxing and beautiful. Our uncle lives in Pahoa, so this was a perfect location for meeting up with him and having our own personal space. The house was comfortable and inviting, with adequate cooking facilities and plenty of room to relax. Rochelle & Ted were quick to respond to questions/issues. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Amazing area. Was able to walk to a beautiful small park on the ocean. Short ride to volcano National park. Washer and dryer came in handy. Clothesline and pins came in handy for my delicate items. Maku’u market on Sunday a short distance was a real find. You need to visit black sand beaches. Rochelle was quick to respond to any requests.

Exceptional Property

We stayed for two weeks while visiting family. The house and property were well maintained. The owner was very communicative and helpful during our stay. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe. We would definitely stay again.

Loved this sweet home within 5 minutes of the most beautiful sunrises on the island. It felt like a rustic cabin in the... jungle instead of the woods. Wish we could've stayed longer! Thank you for creating such a great place.

Fabulous Home Away From Home!

We stayed here for a week, and were very happy to see that the house was just as wonderful as it was advertised to be. It was very,clean, homey and had everything we needed. We would love to return for a stay in the future!
