This is a 2-bed, 1-bath apartment with a separate kitchen and dining area, has air conditioners in both bedrooms, located on a one-acre land harboring the most unique feature of Hawaii Paradise Park in Keaau, offering a real retreat from the busy world. Built with its own private entry as a part of the main house, it is just a 5-minute drive to stunning swirling lava-made cliffs, where you can sit to hear the amazing rhythm of the ocean, feel the cool ocean breeze from the middle of the Pacific, and be the first person to see the beautiful sunrise on the island. The property is in a great location close to Volcano National Park(VNP), Black Sand Beach and Downtown Hilo, with easy access to shops, food and amenities. It is an ideal place if you are looking to get away from crowds and noisy tourist areas.
The room has been recently furnished with brand-new amenities: 1 bedroom has king size bed, 12" comfort foam mattress, 50" TV, large chairs. Second bedroom has 2 twin-size beds, 12" comfort foam mattress, and a 50” smart TV. Apartment size refrigerator, microwave, double burner electric cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, 300M Fiber high-speed Wifi, washer, dryer and many more items. There is a large gazebo at the back of the house with a 5-burner grill for you to relax and enjoy after a busy day.
The street from the main road to the property is unpaved but in a very short distance. The water source is from a water catchment with tripe filters and UV filtration system, it is safe to drink.
The property manager lives on-site and may be present while you stay. You are welcome to ask any questions that you have.
The unit is for registered guest(s) only, and has a maximum of 4 people. You may be asked to present your ID while checking in.
