Ven a disfrutar de nuestra casa excepcional para las vacaciones familiares perfectas! Tenemos todo lo que necesita para que su estadía sea relajante.

La casa cuenta con 4 dormitorios y 4. 5 baños. El principal en el primer piso tiene una cama king y un amplio baño completo, las dos habitaciones de arriba tienen camas queen junto con cubículos para los niños y un baño grande compartido, y la suite del sótano tiene una cama doble y baño privado completo. Se proporcionarán toallas de baño y todas las camas tendrán sábanas frescas de calidad.

La sala de estar principal da al lago y tiene un techo abovedado muy alto con vigas a la vista. La cocina está totalmente equipada para alimentar a los grupos más grandes e incluye lavavajillas y microondas. La sala de sol cerrada de la sala de estar es el lugar perfecto para relajarse por la noche. La cubierta delantera tiene una mesa y sillas, así como una parrilla de gas y un toldo eléctrico cuando sale el sol. Observe a los niños jugar en el enorme césped desde la terraza o la terraza. También hay una lavadora / secadora y un tendedero debajo de la terraza. Hay internet inalámbrico. También hay dos paquetes y juegos disponibles si es necesario.

Tenemos una hermosa zona de playa con mesa de picnic, sillas de playa y fogata. El césped es muy grande y perfecto para todo tipo de juegos. Hay un muelle grande si quieres traer tu propio bote. También tenemos un bote de remos, canoas y chalecos salvavidas para usar. El paseo marítimo está a unos 150 metros de la casa, solo camina por el camino, no hay caminos para cruzar. Hay un carrito de golf para cuatro personas disponible por $ 100 adicionales.

Nuestra casa está a 3 millas de Northville, donde hay una gran tienda de comestibles, un bar deportivo, una estación de servicio, una pizzería, una cafetería, una tienda general y un lanzamiento de botes. Tanto el Sport Island Pub como el Lanzi son restaurantes accesibles en barco y automóvil. Estamos ubicados a unos 45 minutos del centro de Saratoga, Nueva York, si desea aventurarse a encontrar excelentes restaurantes y tiendas.

Family trip

Great property with wonderful lake access. The golf cart is a convenient way to get to and from the beach. The kids had a great time sleeping in the kid cubbies. Kitchen is well stocked.

Lake stay

We had a great stay! Everything was there for us when we arrived. The house was perfect for our two families. We enjoyed the eating out on the porch. The enclosed porch was also a great place to relax. The location was great and we enjoyed the beach and the lakefront every day we were there. The owner was very responsive and thoughtful!

Really wonderful stay and a beautiful home. Hosts were responsive, friendly, and it is clear they take great care of their property and spend a lot of time and extra attention to detail! Beautifully manicured yard, a spotless home, and fully equipped kitchen. Amazing private beach and the lake is beautiful! This was our third Vrbo year and my family hands down chooses this as the favorite (and we loved the other places too- just this one is extra special). Already looking forward to next year.

What a lovely property for our vacation! Our group included my husband and I and our 2 adult children and, for the second week, friends of ours with their 3 teenagers. We found absolutely everything we needed to make family meals and enjoy time on the lake. Our hosts were wonderful and quick to respond when we had questions. The golf cart was so handy for bringing gear to the dock where we were able to keep the boat we rented for our second week. Hoping we can stay there again soon!

Family Reunion

Truly special people who care. Beautiful house, wonderful property made for a special family reunion. We come to the Great Sacandaga Lake every year and Pats house was by far the nicest. We had a brief issue trying to get tv's working and she came out with her daughter and helped get us going. Very responsive to all questions and needs. For sure would recommend to any and all. Huge beach area. fire pits, decks, and space to spread out. Thanks for the memories.

Lake Sacandaga

We had a wonderful time with our family in this beautiful home on lake Sacandaga. Pat could not have been more accommodating. The house is spacious, clean, and well appointed. Our grandkids loved the lake and riding in the golf cart! We would definitely return!

Wonderful spot for family gathering on the lake!

Absolutely loved our stay at this house. We traveled with my immediate family (spouse and two young kids), parents, and sister's family (spouse and two young kids). The house is so thoughtfully designed to have spaces that feel open for gatherings, but also lots of private nooks to get time apart. There was more than ample room for all of us to sleep. The pictures really don't do the interior justice - very lovely house. And the access to the lake was just perfect. Private short walk on a gravel path through the woods takes you to your own private beach and dock. The house had a paddle board, canoes, and kid kayaks so that we could all get out on the lake when the kids weren't playing in the sand or water. The house is very thoroughly and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed, including plenty of towels, a bin of sand toys at the beach, and lots of nice kitchen and tableware.

Great place to vacation.

Great place for a family vacation. House is huge and beautiful. Patricia is very helpful. We were 6 adults and 3 children and even though it rained a lot during our week we had a great time. Hope to return some day.

A Week on the Lake

My family and I had the most incredibally enjoyable time in this beautiful home! It had so much to offer by way of comfort and recreation. The days are hot and the nights are nicely cool.....just what one would expect in the Adirondacks! We barbecued each night sitting on this great deck watching the sun set! In the morning, we were awakened by the gorgeous sun rise, if we so chose! fires in the beach fire pit were wonderful especially when we made smores !! Our goal was to catch up on some long overdue reading coupled with working via the internet.....made for a good balance of time and energy! The owner is a gracious person who couldn't be nicer, hospitable or more available if we needed her. There's a great ice cream place in town called Perry's which is "to DIE for" good! we were also a short ride to Saratoga Springs for a nice lunch and SPAG entertainment.

Wonderful!

Our family has stayed at Patty's place on a number of occasions! The house is beautiful, clean, and extremely comfortable. Easy access to the lake with all the comforts of home. The kids spent hours playing on the beach and swimming in the water. It is a wonderful family getaway with lots of room for friends!
