Secluded Lake House With Private Beach Access & Dock

NEVER BEFORE RENTED! This beautiful, newly renovated 3,000 sq. ft. lakeside cabin is located in the scenic Adirondack Mountains just minutes from shopping and dining in the town of Northville, NY. The house sits on 12 secluded acres in a private cove with 1,500 ft. of lake frontage on Great Sacandaga Lake. Go fishing, paddle a kayak around the lake, or take a walk down the wooded trail that opens to your own private beach area with a dock that can accommodate multiple jet skis and a boat for even more summer fun.

With two 200 sq. ft screened porches and a 400 sq. ft. deck, guests will have no difficulty finding a peaceful place to relax with a beautiful view of the lake in both summer and fall. The house was renovated in 2021 to capture the rustic charm of cabin life with custom furniture, copper sinks, log stairs, and custom carved building details, combined with the luxury of heating and cooling with newly installed Mitsubishi Units and electric baseboard heaters, as well as a new wood stove in the family area providing the classic cabin ambiance. In the event of a power outage, the house is backed up by an automatic generator. Guests can cook and relax in comfort with modern appliances, a dishwasher, a 75” smart TV in the family room, and two new Webber grills.

The Great Sacandaga is known for its beautiful waters in the summer, but it has also become one of the best places in the Northeast to snowmobile. For winter guests, the basement allows storage of snowmobile equipment and an overhang under the deck provides a convenient shelter to park snowmobiles. With multiple access points to the lake from the property, guests can take to the ice and access the trails of the Adirondacks with ease.

The basement is also set up with a second fridge, bar, full size pool table, and card table, as well as workout benches and personal gym equipment.

Due to the size of the house, sheets and towels are not provided. Pillows, top bedding, and blankets are provided.
Four of the twin beds are located in lofts which can only be accessed by a wooden ladder and are open to the living room with no door and low ceilings.
